We stop here tonight as it was only place still open been there 2 other times and never had a problem till tonight when my husband bit into his burrito and found a wire brush wire in it. I let the waiter know but she seem to not care and just said im sorry and still charged us for everything didnt even offer us anything I think this will be our last time going there for awhile...

I had the Beef Chimichanga & a Jumbo Frozen Margarita. They were excellent!! Wonderful service. Nice comfortable restaurant & bar with outdoor deck seating overlooking the water. It was a great night out for my birthday!

Super delicious food! One of the best margaritas! My family and I walked in on a Saturday night and got sat almost right away even though they were busy. The service was amazing. The whole staff is super friendly. Thank you Javier for making my birthday memorable😊😊😊

I have given this place many chances. I love the views and it is close to home so I figured maybe it was a bad day or short handed. The first instance I had I ordered a steak fajita and it came out cold so I asked them to make it hot, I had to send it back twice and they had a problem with that. Today I went with a friend to have a lunch and when you are talking you aren’t paying a lot of attention. I noticed ants in my glass. I had to flag a waitress down and they discussed how to make it right. They offered my soda to me at no cost and I did ask for a 10% discount for the troubles. The owner came over and stated I am hard to please and this isn’t the first time I have done this. Like I said the last time was because my food was cold. This time was ants. Both issues out of my control. He belittled me by saying I need to get myself together and I am never happy. Maybe I should find another place to eat and not come back. We visit this place very often and each time we spend $100+. I did call department of health because they didn’t see an issue with ants in their cups and serving it to customers. The owner is awful.

EDIT: since I am able to reply to you I will do it this way. The person I was having a lunch with acted in a way that was very disrespectful and I attempted many times during our conversation to deescalate their behavior because you are correct it did not pertain to the situation at all. The first time I had issues my food was cold, literally a fajita. I asked for it to be fixed and that was an immediate issue. My reasoning for asking for a discount was because it was immediately my issue that I had ants in my drink and absolutely nobody was sorry about it. It was very much an ā€œoh wellā€ situation. I do spend a lot of money in there and no you are not kind. Your staff usually isn’t either. I have had many times where I have sat there with empty glasses, cold food etc and not said a word because I know exactly what would have happened and here we are. The way you approached me was uncalled for and yes I did call to have a health inspector come.
And also yes the person I was with owes you an apology because it had nothing to do with them and they acted in a very unkind manner and so did you! I remained calm, factual and professional but no I’m not pleased with being treated that way in a place where I spend money. Another time my husband and I went alone and sat on the patio, we didn’t see our waitress at all. So I called the restaurant phone to get refills. We had been sitting there an hour and had been waiting on refills since our food was delivered but once our food was delivered we never seen our waitress again.
There has been many incidents yet we continue to support a small business because it is close to home. I have been in there spending a couple hundred dollars for a meal a couple times a week and yet I’m making your wait staff nervous, comical to say the least.
I can’t control that the other person called you, he shouldn’t have and I am very sorry he did. The way he conducted himself was not ok and should have never happened because it didn’t pertain to them or what he was saying.
What happened is that your staff and you were upset with me because I had ants in my drink. And since I complained ONE other time about cold food I’m the problem. That is the bottom line.

Always a solid choice. Food is consistently good as is the service. The view of the river is great and if you go on a nice day, sit on the deck outside for a stellar experience.
