Ordered a large pizza with extra cheese, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and black olives. When we arrived home, I opened the box and they’re definitely was no extra cheese on the pizza. They do use good quality ingredients but definitely not the pizza I ordered.

We had a wonderful lunch today! We shared a large Dino's special and it was absolutely delicious. The waitress was great and even let our daughter take home some coloring pages. We will definitely be back!

I normally try to only post positive reviews but the experience we just had at Dino's is worth sharing in my opinion. My boyfriend and I went for supper, I ordered a burger and he ordered a medium house special pizza. We got our food and started eating. My boyfriend ate 4 or 5 pieces of his square cut pizza when he realized that they had given him a Dino's special and not the house special. He told the waitress and she said "I totally spaced that I am so sorry" she walked into the kitchen area and shortly after a guy came out and asked if we wanted him to make us a house special and if we wanted to keep the one we had. We told him we didn't want the incorrect one that they could just toss it. He said he would make us the correct one to go. So I finished eating and he came back out and told us it would be about 10 minutes, we thanked him and said okay. After about 5 minutes the waitress brought me the bill. I grabbed my card and was ready to pay when I looked at the bill and seen that they had charged us for two pizzas.. I walked up to the counter and said "maybe I'm confused cause we are being charged for two pizzas" the guy who told us he was making us the correct one said "you guys said you wanted this one too" I explained that yes we wanted the correct one the first time. He pointed at my boyfriend in the booth and said "he ate half the other one" I was shocked and stood there for a moment when he said to me "what do you want me to do?" I said in a firm and a slightly and I mean slightly increased volume "you can keep the one you have and we won't be back!" He looked me in the eye and said "Yeah, please don't come back!" WOW! Just wow is really the only thing I can say. There idea of good customer service is to charge a customer for their mess ups? I never used profanity or insulted them at any point. I simply was baffled by the fact that I was being charged for two pizzas and then when I spoke up about it he told me to not come back! I have worked in the food service industry and customer service industry and this is a perfect example of TERRIBLE SERVICE! Save your money for somewhere else! We weren't looking for free food. We were just wanting what we ordered.

Went for the first time in a long time. My husband and I both ordered Chicken strip dinners. The chicken was so over cooked that it was like chewing on a leather shoe. I ate one chicken strip and my husband tried to choke down two of his. When they asked if we wanted a box for the remaining chicken strips I told them that I am not one to complain but that the chicken was awful. I felt sorry for our waitress as she apologized and did a great job serving. We saw her go to management and not at any time did anyone else come to the table to address the situation. At the time that we were there we were 1 of 3 tables in the whole place so it had nothing to do with them being too busy to come out of the kitchen.. She came back and said they could give us 20% off the bill. We paid our bill and tipped her (as she did her job great) and left. We will not be back.

Got a medium cheese pizza with Italian sausage for 15.78 I also tried the cheese curds. The cheese cuts are worth trying.I believe they only make thin crust pizzas, the cheeses was very tasty and pizza sauce was good. Not too much not too little. It felt just right. For a local pizza spot in the heart of Washington Iowa I think process are fair!

We did carry out and there was a glitch with our order, so we had to wait a bit. The owners were exceptional about explaining what had happen, the new timeline and were very apologetic. They were so friendly and accommodating the extra wait didn’t seem very long at all. They even sent us a gift certificate for our inconvenience. Thank you for your excellent customer service!! We will definitely return. The food was good and worth the wait.
