Mi Pueblo Real Bar and Grill

Im Mexican… I stopped here with my family because it said “authentic Mexican restaurant”… yes, the name of the plates are Mexican, but this is NOT Mexican food at all… that is ok. But, the food was really bad, we got 2 bites of “chile rellenos” and “enchiladas” and “tacos dorados” we have to stop eating because I seriously believe the food was going to get us sick. I don’t like to post bad reviews. But I don’t know how this places stay open.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. There was a mistake made in the order but it worked out for us, so no big deal. The atmosphere was nice and the food was really good. We will definitely be returning.

Great place, good food, everyone seems nice and our food almost always comes quick. Pretty good portion sizes for the price, though this keep going up (like everywhere else I suppose).

Ordered food tonight at the hospital for staff birthdays, picked our food up at 8 pm finally able to sit down to grab a bite of eat at 850 pm and one of our staff that we were celebrating their birthday didn’t even get their food. Highly disappointed, spent $100+ on our order just to get back to the hospital and not receive what we fully ordered.

These guys will adjust extra money from your credit card with out permission they are thefts don’t take card there only stick with cash this isn’t first time they do this the manager is a joke you call and he says he’s not working what a joke

Went in for lunch. Got seated. The waitress came over to ask us what we wanted to drink. He told her we were ready to order. She only wanted to know what we wanted to drink. Dropped off our drinks and then didn't come back for another 10 to 15 minutes. I eventually had to flag someone down to take our order. By this time our lunch hour was almost over and they brought my wife something a difference from what she ordered. But we did not have time to correct it. I never once was offered a refill and the time that we were there but they didn't hesitate to charge me $5 for a drink as well as in charge us to use our debit card to pay with no sign saying that they do that. The waitress was extremely rude and the food was subpar. Will never return!

Wings tasted like they came from a bag frozen
The chorizo was kinda burned nothing was fresh. The service was ok but Will not be eating here again its not worth it.

My wife and I arrived at this establishment around 630. We didn't get our drink order in until 7ish and our drinks, chips and placed our order around 715 my drink ran out after 10 minutes and it wasn't until 750 that our food arrived just above room temp and 8 before my drink was refilled.

You never get the same quality of food twice.

Not only is the inside of this place extremely authentic and absolutely beautiful looking, but it's clean. This is my first time ordering food from this restaurant, but it was very professionally made, and absolutely delicious. Addition to that, the service was completely on point. They were not only friendly and attentive, but I actually felt welcomed, and they were completely willing to make the food according to my dietary needs.

Really bad service and really rude

The chips were obviously burnt. I told them the problem and asked them to please bring us another batch. Oh ya they were also burnt. I believe this was either the owner or the manager either way we won't be going back.

Very friendly and attentive staff! Very clean, mouth watering food and comfortable atmosphere.

We walked in around 1:30 and waited 15 minutes to be seated when there wasn't many people there. When we were seated we waited and watched for 45 minutes while the two other tables were served and no one came over to even give us menus. We left around 2:30

As I sit here and eat my cold fajitas with no tortillas because about 75% of the time they forget to put tortillas in….my food is cold because when I get there they tell me they can’t make my steak tacos unless I order as meal. Well ok let’s figure this out, you have the stuff to make them right? Make them and let’s work out a price? We got to that point…then I have to wait 10 more minutes for my tacos(I understand I’m not the only person there). They get done the made them opposite. My husband wanted chicken Mexican style and I wanted steak American style. They did offer to fix it but my food is already cold and my kids are waiting in the car. And I get home to find out that they didn’t give me my TORTILLAS! The staff that was trying to help was kind and trying their best, but it seems to be chaos and confusion. It’s always something when I go here and i usually wait months before returning and still have issues. It just really sucks to pay as much as we do and not get what we asked for. And when your hard menu and your online menu(how we ordered) gives you the option and the “boss” says no it sounds like the “boss” is causing the confusion.
