Not really the greatest Pizza Hut. Have had issues with food taking significantly longer than predicted for delivery, or delivery not being available at times when it normally is, according to their website. Once the website took our order and it took over an hour for someone to notify us that delivery was not possible that day and that we’d be refunded in a few days, while we had been sitting there hungry.

Food was what you would expect! Service... well the service may as well not exist! The phone rang the entire time we were here. Stood at the front counter for a minimum of 5 minutes before someone came from the back to take my order. They only had plastic forks and we had to ask for plates when we sat at a booth to eat there. It was a sad experience and from now on if I want pizza I will order it online, cause going in here was not a good experience!

have had way too many issues with this location. anytime I order there I dont get what I pay for. I usually order a Hawaiian with extra pineapple and always receive less then you get on the Hawaiian with regular pineapple. well today I tried a meat lovers melt. they ironically gave me a Hawaiian. when I called in to have them make it right the nice young lady that I spoke to when I picked up my original order had to go talk to her manager. she proceeded to say loudly in the background "they dont make Hawaiian melts"! so I had to drive back to prove my order was wrong. then the lady proceeded to talk smack in the back loud enough for me to hear her. "there's only a couple pieces of pineapple".. well that not what I fking ordered!! usually when they make a mistake they let you keep the one they messed up and give you a new one that is correct.. I have never had so many issues with pizza hut before. the young lady working the register was the only pleasant part of my experience as a customer!! that manager needs fired, rude, snarky and was definitely not good about taking care of the customer. I will never come back after this last time. if I want pizza I will hit the pizza ranch!

Had ordered a meat lovers melt. They gave me a Hawaiian. When I called to have them make it right. I heard the manager in the background say they dont make a Hawaiian melt.. well they did this day. I was asked to bring it back so they could see it. They seen it was wrong, Usually they let you keep the mistake. They took that back and I continously hear the manager talking smack in the back room. I do have to say the young lady working the register was very polite and helpful but that manager needs to be checked!

Service seemed great at first, then we needed a box. No one to be found so I called the phone number and it rang endlessly. Finally someone came out from the kitchen and got a box for us

Twice in a row they got the pizza wrong, called back the second time and the lady was super nice and offered to remake the pizza and that we could keep the other. Then a different person called and was super rude and said that she cut the pizza and knew it was alright and that our pizza was good enough to eat. Delivery driver is always great, not so much the lady who called us.

Pizza hut is way better then pizza ranch they charge cheaper pizza ranch is more expensive it's not worth it i saved more money with pizza hut thank god im happy about that i did call 30 minutes ago and ordered a big suprise dinner for my family and yes it made my day

Delivery took awhile but that was my fault. Driver was polite. The phone operator couldnt hear me very well and had a static noise in the background.
The food was subpar. Wings were good but the brownie was ok and made me feel sick. There was no paper under the pizza?!? I don’t know if that’s a pizza hut thing but there needs to be a paper under the pizza to stop the cardboard box making the pizza taste bad. The pizza was still good but could have been better. 6/10

Almost every order we have placed in the last two years has been incorrect! Not exaggerating at all. I just tried to call and ask if they were going to be open on Easter and nobody would answer the phone, I called multiple times. The Washington Iowa location is a complete and total joke!

Waited 40 minutes after the time we were told it was ready for pickup. Thankfully they made it right by giving us our pizza free. This has happened 2 out of the 3x I've been here.
