The older lady behind the register was rude and disrespectful to the young man working. Very short and snippy to people in line. Said she could only do credit card sales. When I said we were paying by card, she ignored me, snapped at the young man and then walked away. The young man did a nice job, but was flustered by the older lady's rudness. The rest of the staff were great and friendly.
We went in for supper prime time, 6:30 pm. There was a half a cheese pizza on the buffet! There was no desert pizza and when asked about it we were told they’d been busy. There was pop pouring out from under the pop machine all over the floor and when told about it they said they were aware. Never saw one manager at all. It was teenagers running the place. They finally brought out breadsticks but left the empty dried up marinara sitting there. By the time we left there were 3 CHEESE pizzas on the buffet. This place costs way too much for what you get! We will not be going back to the Washington Iowa location!

I am a bariatric patient - 3rd time ever being to this restaurant and they will not honor my bariatric card. I’ve had ZERO issues with any other pizza ranch. I am unable to eat like an adult. I eat like a child because of my surgery. They refuse to honor this, and continue to deny my card at all. Sucks, because when I travel this way, this is where my grandmother would prefer to eat. But the price isn’t worth it for the small plate I can eat. I only can take in a small portion of food at a time… but whatever 🤷🏼♀️

This place needs to get more people that knows how to run this place and not a bunch of kids and they didn't have any pizza out for the buffet when it was only 3 minutes till it opened and they couldn't even keep it stocked up and they were worried about getting the desert pizza out I will not be returning to this pizza ranch

We have not been here for quite sometime and we were craving salads and chicken. Unfortunately the salad was extremely old and tasted very bad and the chicken that was left in the pan was dry and rubbery. My wife went and asked if they were bringing out more chicken and mentioned the old salad, and the staff member said the manager was working on the chicken. A few minutes later new chicken came out and the legs were good but the white meat was overcooked. The three of us had to pay $42 for 4 pieces of chicken, some potatoes and gravy and a couple pieces of pizza. This was not a very good experience.
