The food was good but the waitress was extremely rude. She did it service our table, our cups sat empty for over 10 minutes while she stood at the window literally twiddling her thumbs. She never once smiled or was polite. The food can be amazing but if the service sucks it makes everything suck. Until she’s gone I won’t eat here. She can’t blame it on being busy either until our food was sitting in front of us there were only 4 other tables occupied. Half already had their food. The last time we ordered to go and we had the exact same waitress help us and she was rude then to. SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY A 0 STAR.

Honestly I have never had a problem with this place until tonight. Of course it was loud there was a game and it's a bar, that wasn't the problem. We ordered the Nef basket and the sweet potato fries were a little over cook so we stated that. Didn't ask for anything, but then the waitress got an attitude with us, stating their not burnt, only one was. After her attitude my husband mumbled we should have gone to JP's.A minute later after telling everyone around the bar about what we said about the fries. The bar was loud so of course everyone is talking loud so I hear this. She comes back and tells us if we weren't happy with the service we can leave. Remind you we never had a problem with the service or anything but the over cooked fries. She gets a real big attitude with us, of course we snap back a little loud...still the bar is loud so it's like we are all screaming. I have never felt so unwanted before.No we are not "regulars" but when we felt like a steak that's where we would go. Well not anymore.Very disappointed and maybe we were wrong about the fries, but not in our opinion. She should have never treated us like that.
