12-30-25 at about 9:30 A.M. we tried to get breakfast inside instead of the drive through. The guy working front of house went out of his way to keep his back to the counter and ignore us without even as much as saying hi for several minutes. Other people walked out from the back all of which ignored us also.

Great food...If you use the rewards app you can get your food at reasonable prices...they make your food to order, so no cold food...Tender Bender on Tuesday is awesome...

Dining in we thought our food would be timely - after waiting over 20 minutes we were told drive through took priority. Once food arrived it was very greasy! The only pleasant experience was the other patrons, who also had a long wait for their breakfast. NEVER eat there again

I can't eat many things therefore I usually order meat patties when on the road. This Hardees was able to sell me patties ala carte! I ordered 5 at $2 each. Thanks!! I know this is not a typical order. They are 100% Angus beef!

The gentleman who took my order rolled his eyes when I asked for an additional sandwich. Handed me my order without even looking at me not even a thank you. Made me feel like I was a complete bother to him. Very poor customer service.

This is about the second time in my life that I have eaten at a Hardee’s and I am leaving stuffed. The young ladies were sweethearts and very helpful. 10 out of 10 would eat here again.

I placed an order online which said it would be ready at 7:21 AM. I arrived a few minutes early, but. my order was five minutes late. This delay, after the initial online ordering lag, caused me to be late for work. When I asked if I could cancel my order, the cashier ignored my request and continued serving other customers. Ordering online is supposed to help expedite pick up, not hinder it. Maybe I should’ve gone through the drive-through line to hold it up, because those customers seemed to be more important. The customer service, or lack there of I was shown today was completely offensive. I will not be ordering from the Waukon Iowa location again.

Every time we visit this store, it's horrible! Never seems to be ANY adult supervision and the kids that are left "running" it, are rude and clueless about hospitality! They are loud, cursing at each other, playing around when they should be focused on thier job! This location NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT and those currently employed need retraining!
