Grand Shanghai Buffet

I used to go a lot but ever since they switched hands the quality has gone down, I’ve gotten sick several times from eating the food. And now they are charging $10 for any uneaten food on your plate. It’s ridiculous, you’re a buffet you should expect some loss. Take out boxes are close to $20 and even more expensive on weekends. I won’t be eating there again until they get their ish together. If they don’t, I don’t see them being open very much longer.

Had lunch here and service was great. I really enjoyed my food. Cost for 3 of us was fair. Music was enjoyable

Really expensive for what little you get. Staff really aren't that invested in your needs; real attitude like they were smelling garbage, looking down on you, etc. Added $1 for soda i never had - was supposed to be $14.50 but was $15.50. I paid cash (to prevent add-on of more money) and she printed out previous peoples' receipt for me (showing mine as "no sale" fraud.) So-so at best. Wouldn't recommend.

Food was fresh explanation at 6 to 7 at night I thought I was going to be warm not as hot but they can low it down with the soy sauce and it was quite not to loud but other then that it wasn't that bad we spent about $50 for 3 people wich is not to bad.

Great place to eat if you love Chinese food also great atmosphere!!!! I fully recommend this place in Webster City just remember no food is perfect but if it looks good eat it as Andrew Zimmerman always says!!

Generally we love eating here but lately it seems to have been making a downside... Most of the food seems like it had been sitting there for a while (we went in at 4:30pm on graduation sunday) We didn't get any refills on any of our Drinks because the ladies just kind of disappeared after we paid for our buffets.... but the place was very clean and when we came in, the staff was polite!!!

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!!! And love that they have different buffet prices for different kids ages!!!

Food was hot garbage might even been left over from the day before staff was rude and made me feel like an in convenience because I came in this place will go under like most of them do save money and go to McDonald's in the parking lot

Just went here. I highly do not recommend! We have 5 kids and 2 adults! We paid 116 dollars. When we first got here the lady had an attitude treating us like we were trash. Then we sit down and kids went to go get food and tried to eat it. You could tell it was old and hard so they moved there plates like I told them to the empty table next to us and I told them to wait for fresh! The lady that had attitude to begin with walked up yelling ur waisting to much food. Then she went and got another guy and they were both screaming at us in front of my kids!in front of everyone in there! Completely embarrassed! I will never come back. We had to ask for drinks but they wouldn't give us any refills at all!
