The older man that took my order was something special 🥰. Since I used my app he saw my name and called me by my name. He was so funny and very personable. I left McD with a big smile. My experience today doesn't even deserve 1 star. I ordered my kids happy meals, and 2 adult meals, they wanted me to pull forward, I said I wasnt doing that there was nobody behind me, I will wait here. A car pulled up behind me another person came to the window and told me to move forward, there was a customer behind me, I said that wasnt my issue, they can wait their turn as I am. He was very rude, I told him this was ridiculous and did move forward. He came up to my car very rude asking for my card to refund my money, I said I would not let him take my card, he said ok and walked off. My kids food was cold, their nuggets weren't even heated through. Very disgusted with their service, and quality of food. I worked fast food before....all about keeping the drive thru time down. Cooperate needs to see the whole truth behind these closed doors

The Manager on nights has no respect for customers, I called as a concerned customer about an order I hand placed and she continued to hang up on me and call me rude when I asked to speak to a manager she shouted at me I AM THE MANAGER STOP CALLING MY STORE!!! I definitely do not recommend this specific store if you want good food and a friendly environment AVE O in Fort Dodge is a great alternative if you still want McDonalds but that manager needs fired

Order food and it was the worst food I have ever had from this location. They were not busy at all and they had us pull ahead to wait. Thinking they were making fresh food, that’s why we waited over 10 min, but no. The fries were cold and old. They were hard to bite into and they tasted horrible.

Ordered 2 burgers 1 bacon no onions and 1 regular no onions bacon burger no bacon and had onions and regular burger had extra onions both clearly marker right but someone cant read ot was to high

I have begun coming here more ever since they got the new General manager and I just have to say it has not been a dissappointment yet.. I cannot get over how lovely the food has been.. Perfectly cooked fries, not soggy and cold like they were with the last person running this business.. This McDonalds is the go-to for if you want a good meal and service!

Drive up order, ordered two happy meals and several snack wraps. Usually we do not go to McDonald's but decided to give it a try. Had to wait, which expected even though was 10:50 am. Fries were cold and found we were shorted a snack wrap we paid for. We don't see a reason to go back to this McDonald's.
