This review is for corporate to see hopefully or higher management. First off the staff were busy they were moving quickly and helping with orders efficiently. But when I pulled up around 1 pm I didn’t even wanna get in the drive thru line it was so packed but inside was just as busy the trash cans were overflowing but it was all the staff could do to keep up with orders tables were dirty. They need more staff so upper management please invest in this location with more staff so they can meet the high demand they are receiving and keep the place looking respectable.

I worked there. the place is a total joke. they make fun of the customers and calls them names all the time. I was terminated because I took a bag of lettuce out of the garbage dumpster. incorrect info
they did this because the new manager is racist. he is never there but made up that excuse. the lettuce was over a week ago and continued to let me work till today. this is not right. watch yourself. this is not in any way a good McDonald's

Just go to Fort Dodge if you want McDonald's or go anywhere else for food in Webster City. Service is terrible and food was cold/slightly warm. Waited over 20 mintues after placing order, then when food was ready they didn't want me to eat in since they closed in 30 minutes. I get it they were busy on a Friday night but...
My mistake - I knew the service was unbelievably slow here - yet still it was closest fast food. HORRIBLE!! Finally walked in our food had been sitting there COLD fries. No apology!!! Worst McDonalds ever!!!
