Several times we have ordered for delivery and either had the wrong order delivered to us or the pizza had been ruined during the delivery process due to negligence. All of the topping will be slid onto one side and no topping on the other side. Apparently now we are “black listed” due to too many complaints, remind you those complaints are due to their negligence. A staff member even told us we should try going to Casey’s for pizza from now on. They do not know what customer service truly means. They don’t even try to make it right after they messed up the order. If they tell you it will be a 30 minute wait it will actually be an hour. And that’s if the order is correct. The evening staff just has no clue what customer service is or means. Do not go there or even call for delivery. They don’t even know how to run their phones to handle a phone call. That is word for word what I was told by a staff member tonight.

i ordered food, when i opened it there my cheese sticks were COVERED in buffet sauce. very POOR service and bad workers.

They delivered my food to the wrong building. They even tried to argue that they didn’t leave it somewhere else. 5 hours later I got a phone call from someone saying that they got my food. Service sucks and they were very rude, didn’t even remake my food.

Ordered pepperoni lovers pizza. Check it when I picked it up. It was regular pepperoni. Was told by manager that they changed the way pepperoni lovers is made and the extra pepperoni is under the cheese. Got home and there was no extra pepperoni under the cheese. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but should have known.

It is very convenient to order delivery when I do not wanna leave the house. Food arrives hasty considering I live nearby.
After arriving on time, was told a 1/2 hour later that my order had not been started. Waited 45 minutes for a single pasta order and it was very bland, not very hot and not very edible.

This location is hit or miss. Typically, I order online. When I have had to call, the service has not been great. As for the delivery drivers, the majority are excellent and will go above and beyond on deliveries. They run out of ingredients and food fairly often. Pizza varies (sometimes burnt and sometimes undercooked). They have good deals. We do get our dinners from here quite often. Can not eat for less than $40.00 after food, fees, delivery charge, and tip.

Accidentally ordered on the app from this Webster city store and I live almost 2 hours away and they would only give me half of the amount back and only for there store when I will never go there to get pizza basically just robbed me of 50$ hands down the worst business I have ever received hope this places gets shutdown and has to file bankruptcy
