This location is hit or miss. Typically, I order online. When I have had to call, the service has not been great. As for the delivery drivers, the majority are excellent and will go above and beyond on deliveries. They run out of ingredients and food fairly often. Pizza varies (sometimes burnt and sometimes undercooked). They have good deals. We do get our dinners from here quite often. Can not eat for less than $40.00 after food, fees, delivery charge, and tip.
I ordered pizza and breadsticks from the Webster City Pizza Hut and they were fantastic. Super hot and just as I ordered. I also ordered a double order of breadsticks and asked the gal if I could get a couple extra marinara sauces and she got some and brought them out to me. Very nice employees. They also have curbside pickup if you like that feature. It is a great service. Give them a try.
Placed order online then pizza hut called and said they were out of items i ordered not the first time this happened then for contractless delivery they use to put your food in a bag now they just lay it on the ground
