We’ve always gone to Scooters when the high schoolers are working, and they are always nice and respectful. Today we went when there was grown adult women working, and have never had such an awful experience. They were rude in the drive-thru, as well as when we were paying. They act annoyed that they have customers.

I work nights a little over an hour drive away a couple times a week. Like to get a brewed coffee for the drive. 3 times recently I was told it was poured out at 5:00 and he couldn’t make more. At a coffee shop! The app says medium roast is available all day. They close at 8:00 and he won’t make more when a customer wants a cup of coffee. At a coffee shop! Been going to McDonald’s. They have no problem making me a fresh pot if they are out. It costs less also for the same size cup also. It’s too bad making the customer happy isn’t a priority at this Scooters

I recently stopped by Scooters, a charming little drive-through coffee shop, and I was thoroughly impressed! The baristas were friendly and welcoming, making my morning feel special right from the start. I ordered a caramel latte, and it was perfectly balanced—rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness.
The speed of service was outstanding; I hardly had to wait at all, and my drink was fresh and delicious.

I’ve gotta say, it’s pretty disgusting to see an employee smoking 5 seconds prior to watching her make your drink. Which means, she doesn’t wash her hands. Do better Scooter’s. There’s much more competition out there .
