Today my Husband went and ordered a Sub from Subway in Webster City Iowa and their was a cockroach 🪳 in his sandwich. How disgusting and Gross 🤢🤮 definitely don't recommend going there 😞😞 at all 😜

I worked there and wouldn't recommend this place. The store is nasty dirty and the employees come in with dirty uniforms. They talk about the customers and each other. At night the employee smoke and vape in the restroom but they do nothing about it. Food is left out uncovered on prep tables. The manager and the leading lady are both jokes. They run this subway totally wrong. Someone really needs to contact the health department. The restaurant is now clean at all and the bathroom is disgusting. I really tried to help but they didn't like me because I would question them on things they don't do. No gloves are worn . They sneeze and cough all over the foods.

Twice now ordering on app sandwhiches missing main ingredients of sandwhich. First the Chicken from a bacon ranch chicken. Then tthe teriyaki from a chichen teriyaki. When called to tell about not having the teriyaki on the one sandwhich the employee actually said since i already took two bites that there was nothing they could do about it. I asked why i was supposed to be fine with paying for a sandwhich missing one of the ingredients that is in the NAME of the actual sandwhich and had asked for it on the online order. I did get to have a new sandwhich but on the condition i brought back the other one. That and both times my husbands sandwhich got cold having to go back out to the restaurant to get the new one. No apology the second time just rude employee.

They had to ask what I wanted multiple times because the kid had Ear buds in both ears. Then half way through making the sandwich they don't have half of what.its supposed to. I stopped going there cause it's always something wrong.
Ordered a chicken salad wrap. No wraps. Just flat bread. Girl didn't know what the chicken salad was. Wrap wasn't made with correct amount of chicken salad. Had a bad experience the last time I was there too. So I wanted to try again. Things need to change and get much better in this store.

Food was good even though they got our sandwiches mixed up and other times I go there it's just all teenagers just shoving and smashing the ingredients in when the close it making a sandwich is supposed to be an art not like your shoving garbage in a garbage bag and they got an OLDER lady that works there that wished death on me and the mother's unborn child I do not what so ever agree to that subway is one of my favorite places to go!!

Four stars because people struggle and have a bad day. So I did not mind the obvious rudeness I experienced, took be off guard as if maybe I did something wrong. Made me self reflect. We all have bad days and sometimes it spills over on other people. Hope the best for this place.
