Great atmosphere and fantastic cocktails. What more could you ask for?! Will be back!
We had a great Saturday adventure at Wildcat Distilling Co. You can tell that Tony & Alissa really have a passion for the business. They are family owned which is really cool. They took the time to chat with us about each of the 6 different liquors they make. We liked all of them but the Tillman was our favorite as we are bourbon/whiskey lovers! If you like complex bourbon/whiskey it is a must try! We had flights, an Old Fashioned, an Iowa Mule & they even went off menu & made a New York Sour for us! We also really liked that they carry some local products to eat there & cross promote other local businesses. If you are anywhere near Weber City stop here & enjoy! We will be adding them to our adventure list!
Highly recommend this place! We had a few in our group who aren't even whiskey drinkers but this place has something for everyone! Especially loved the Manhattans and margaritas.
The Tillman’s whiskey is top notch. Very smooth. I love the style of the tasting room. The lounge is elegant and incredibly comfortable. Very cool atmosphere. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. You can tell they enjoy what they’re doing. And they make one heck of an Old Fashioned!
