Ok...This is one experience you have to have. It's like time stopped and you experience what it's like to live without hassle. Pizza on a farm overlooking the horizon of the fields and cornfield. The image is like that on a canvas, where you always wondered if the image is real or drawn by imagination. It does exist! Run! Go! And! Check! It! Out! Worth it!!! Make you sure your own chair though.
Side note...I believe it's only opened a certain of the year because it is outside on a farm and Iowa does get pretty cold, so it closed down during Fall/winter months.

Live music, can sit around firepit, can bring your own drinks/food, kids can play yard games(toss football, ladder ball, bubble machine, hook ring on tree, connect four,etc) .it's like a big family reunion. Can enjoy the outside and food(have a "party") Without the work. Have portapotties. And a sink with hot water, soap and paper towels . Can order pizza, ice cream, pops and alcohol. Bring own chairs or blankets. Can grab an ironing board for a table. Or bring your own card table
Parking: Out in inclined pasture. So, not paved and no markings. Then walk to the entertainment and feel it in the thighs. Can drop your stuff off and then go park
Wheelchair accessibility: Person can drop off stuff then go park. Parking is in inclined pastures. Grass and gravel.not flat. It's outside at someone's property. So no tables/chairs. Regular Port a potties

This was my first time at Pizza on the Farm and it was so much fun. The pizza was so good, I think our big group got 7 pizzas! Brass Pear played and they were fantastic. Highly recommend!!

A delightful summer experience worth the drive from East Iowa City! The atmosphere is fantastic, the scenery is gorgeous, it is perfect for taking kids or going as adults. We spent over two hours with our kids there, loving every minute. They have set up the farm to make the experience truly enjoyable from swings hanging from the tree to wiffleball, bowling, frisbee, connect four and other fun games in the back and a live band playing on the side. All of the employees were incredibly kind and helpful, adding to the how enjoyable the experience was. Personally, I wouldn’t go just for the pizza, it was fine but not worth a 30 minute drive on its own, but for the whole experience it is well worth it! A quintessential way to spend a summer evening. $17/pizza with traditional and unique flavors available. Each pizza fed about two people in our family.
Kid-friendliness: No need to worry about kids’ noise level or having space to run around here, it’s perfect for kids! Our kids loved it as much as we did!
