They always say you only have one chance to make a first impression. My wife and I walked into the restaurant at 11:45 AM, and an employee had to remind the guy at the register we were there. The first thing we noticed was his uniform. It looked like it hadn't been washed in at least a week. He was very confused running the register! My wife ordered one cheeseburger, but we were charged for two. We eventually got it corrected. We had to repeat ourselves several times so that he would get the order right. I ordered a large chocolate shake and got a small one. The burgers were barely warm. they must have been sitting in the warming tray for quite a while. Finally, I ordered my burger plain with only pickles. I got that, but I noticed the remains of onions on the burger, so apparently, they took a burger that had onions on it that they had done earlier and scraped the onions off of it. Again, it was lukewarm at best. In addition, the restrooms were filthy. They definitely had not been cleaned that day. The urinal was horrible. The sink was covered with filth and was also horrible. Was not a good experience at all!

So I started out in the drive thru asking about a family meal, apparently uncommon but we don't live here. The little snott doing drive thru could've said no ma'am we don't offer that at this location instead if going to the other drive thru I want done ordering food. I only ordered a chicken nugget meal. So I went inside, the nice gal at the order counter was pleasant. However I orderedsweat tea and it wasn't there to get sweat tea, no lids. Just not super happy with how acceptable this kinda behavior is. I'm also in customer service as management.

Pulled up to the speaker and told the lady my rewards code and she said she couldnt hear me so I raised my voice and said it then she said "if you want attitude with me then we're not serving you." I didn't give her attitude I raised my voice to tell her the code. And we didn't get served. Place is horrible. Terrible service and rude employees.

Newer style, but nasty. Drink machine covered in rust and water crust. Bathrooms are stained everywhere and are not clean, and is long term grime!! Will be shut down next time health dept visits!!

I don't generally review Chain establishments In this case your health could be affected by eating here. Literally Mold and fly feces on the door of the ice machine where you make your drink.
