Every single time we’ve used an online order our orders have been wrong or the food has been poor quality sometimes even both! Meatball marinara was ordered.. received the sandwhich practically without the marinara and the meatballs may as well of been bricks. The place has had plenty of time to get it together since opening and only seems to get worse. Kind of a waste of space at this point. Better off with a tornado off the kum and go floor.

If you're traveling and wanting to stop by to grab some food, I highly suggest skipping this location. Especially if you're people of color. Customer service couldn't be more under the dirt.

Worker dustin was anything but friendly. I could hear him yelling at a younger girl in the backroom. (she couldn’t have been older than 15) Then when he came to take out the trash he split the tips between himself and a different co-worker, then turned to me and began complaining about the younger girl in the back. Saying she wasn’t getting any tips from the tip jar because she was having a bad day so she wasn’t doing much. Then went on to complain about subway and how everyone has to do their part, but when I was at the BP I saw him and the other worker standing outside beside a wall (which i assumed was to stop the younger girl from seeing them). As he kept going on the younger girl walked out and turned back around as she knew dustin was speaking negatively about her, but he kept going. I stuck around a little longer and saw the girl interacting with customers. She was super polite and never raised her voice, unlike her other co-workers.
Kid-friendliness: I would say dustin was quite rude and even cursed while talking about his co-worker.

So glad we have this in West Branch. Staff is very friendly and eager to make what you ask. The fresh sliced meats are a GAME CHANGER! The subs are so much better! Keep up the good work!

Not good when the server just got done licking his fingers, then wipes his hands on his pants, then tries to make your sub before washing his hands. That's flat-out gross! What's the point of hand washing signs and steps if you're not going to do it in the first place? Makes you think about what they're doing when you're not watching! I even had to ask him to wash his hands before touching the food, he then said "yeah sorry, not something you think about you know?" Then washes his hands and touches the sink while waiting for the paper towel to dispense. Insane. I come here a lot, this is going to make me second guess coming here.
