About 1908 Draught House

The 1908 Draught House is a well-established restaurant that offers a varied menu with both popular and less-acclaimed dishes. The wings are widely praised for their exceptional quality, while the sandwiches, particularly the grinder, have received mixed reviews due to the use of questionable sausage. However, the crinkle-cut fries are described as delightfully crunchy.

Customers have found the overall dining experience at the 1908 Draught House to be enjoyable, with the food being delicious, the service often excellent, and the atmosphere great, complete with numerous TVs and baseball memorabilia. The restaurant is also wheelchair-accessible, with ample handicap parking and space for loading and unloading wheelchair equipment.

One standout dish is the spicy chicken sandwich, which customers can order with the option to make it Nashville hot for an extra kick of spice. The restaurant's diverse menu and welcoming environment have earned it a loyal following, though a few customers have expressed disappointment with the limited selection and inconsistent service.

I love this place, I use to work at the waukee location when they were open. And I'll always say it worth it to stop out and watch a game no matter what season it is! even though baseball season is when it's popping the most!

It was a nice place and really good food

closing early again. just called last call
