Cold over cooked food followed up with the worst service I've ever experienced. Waitress was awful. First and last time going here.

Don't waste your time because they won't. Was in the West Des Moines location this afternoon. The sign said seat yourself, so I did. The waitress walked passed me at least half a dozen times, but never tool my order. She never said, I'll be right with you. Nothing. She a acted like she was going out of her way not to notice me. After sitting there for at least 10 minutes with no service, I got up and left. I am not impressed

Our 40 th anniversary party was fabulous on the patio! Servers were so friendly and attentive! Kristin behind the bar handled all the drinks smoothly and w a smile! Wings and appetizers were loved by everyone! Thanks Lucas for helping us get this party arranged! Family, friends and my husband and I enjoyed the night!

Stopped in from our of town to Catch a football game! So many tvs! Service was prompt, and nice. The food was delicious. Parmesan Garlic wings were amazing!

Food good. Service good. Why the 1 star? Well, Baldwin's (owners) include a 4% ESF charge. Inquired about the 4% because we paid cash. Was notified this is "Employee Support Fund". What??? We ask the server if she receives compensation for the ESF. HER ANSWER .....NO!!!! Shame on the owners.

Food average. Service okay, server should have bought out salad first, should have told her that. Seasonal beer I ordered was awful. Lots of seating outside.
The wings are superb and we always order these!! We have tried three of the sandwiches and were disappointed. Specifically, the grinder mentions Grazziano sausage in the sandwich. At home, I only cook with Grazziano sausage so I know that most of your sandwich has hamburger or an inferior sausage--extremely disappointed. Because it is stuffed with jalapenos, they hope you don't notice. Your crinkle cut fries are, at least, crunchy, but I would love to see different fries.

We found this place by accident and glad we did. Food was delicious, service was awesome, atmosphere was great! Lots of TVs and baseball memorabilia on the wall. Kaitlyn was an excellent waitress/bartender; she really knows her stuff! We had questions about beers and after dinner drinks and she was well prepared with answers, knew what we wanted and with her bartender experience, she did not disappoint.We got the Southwest Eggrols for starters, I got the Cowboy Burger with crinkle fries and he got the Chicken Quesadilla. We didn't have anything bad to say about our visit today. We will be back!
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is out front with lots of room for Handicap equipped vehicle loading/unloading of wheelchair equipment.
