We had a reservation and some other table took it. They said there was nothing they could do about it because they’re already sitting there. This proves that this place isnt reliable. We got stuck with a very small table that could not fit our whole team. This place isn’t honest when you book a reservation.

Don't waste your time because they won't. Was in the West Des Moines location this afternoon. The sign said seat yourself, so I did. The waitress walked passed me at least half a dozen times, but never tool my order. She never said, I'll be right with you. Nothing. She a acted like she was going out of her way not to notice me. After sitting there for at least 10 minutes with no service, I got up and left. I am not impressed

Our 40 th anniversary party was fabulous on the patio! Servers were so friendly and attentive! Kristin behind the bar handled all the drinks smoothly and w a smile! Wings and appetizers were loved by everyone! Thanks Lucas for helping us get this party arranged! Family, friends and my husband and I enjoyed the night!

Stopped in from our of town to Catch a football game! So many tvs! Service was prompt, and nice. The food was delicious. Parmesan Garlic wings were amazing!

Food good. Service good. Why the 1 star? Well, Baldwin's (owners) include a 4% ESF charge. Inquired about the 4% because we paid cash. Was notified this is "Employee Support Fund". What??? We ask the server if she receives compensation for the ESF. HER ANSWER .....NO!!!! Shame on the owners.
