Sat at the outside bar...every one of the staff were incredible! Took time to chat, checked on us frequently, and were super efficient. Definitely a high point of our day!

Terrible experience. Terrible food. We should have turned around and left when we noticed the place was empty on a Saturday night. Out of multiple things on the menu and wrong entrees were brought to the table. For nearly $500 for 4 Adults and 3 children I would think we would get better than sizzlers steakhouse quality. My advice to consumers don’t go!

What terrible service!
We have been here many times before but the service was so bad and rude we will think hard before ever coming back. In the past we were able to order an appetizer, a bottle of wine, an entree and sometimes dessert. We usually ate slowly to enjoy the band.
Tonight there was a large party arriving later, our waitress wanted our appetizer and entree order at the same time (never took our drink order). We received our appetizer and entree within 3 minutes together. The food was poor, my Cajun Pasta was “Luke warm” at best. Instead of being there for an enjoyable time - we were in and out in 30 minutes (they wanted to care for the group).
In addition they HAD a point membership (Dark Side of the Spoon) program but they don’t have it anymore(we asked our server when we got our bill) - they still are falsely promoting this on their website- one more reason to never return.

The hours are wrong. So call before going.
We went there at 10pm last night the doors said open until 12 on Friday the staff was still inside but they didn’t let us in.
Website & Google maps says Anna Dolce is open until 11 p.m., but their FRONT DOOR says open until 12 a.m.
EXCEPT, GUESS WHAT??!!? We arrive at 10 p.m. & the doors are locked!!!!! Nice way to treat customers traveling over an hour ONE WAY!

After I long day. I decided to take my mom to Anna Dolce place .
The food is not good and I think the place is over priced their dishes.
But they have a great customer service .

I wrote an earlier review on google The management team contacted me and offered me a better experience. I would not recommend Anna Dolce at this time. I believe management needs to honestly address the numerous complaints and concerns from there patrons.

Experience: We were seated shortly after arriving, which was a pleasant start. However, it took a bit of time for our water to take our order, but it wasn't too bad.
Food:
• Blackened Salmon Special: Both my wife and I ordered this. Unfortunately, the salmon was not blackened as expected and was on the dry side.
• Asparagus: The color was off, and it was extremely salty.
• Sautéed Veggies: They were good, but also extremely salty.
Summary: Overall, everything was fair at best and very overpriced for what you get. Honestly, I'd rather eat frozen salmon from Costco. We won't be back.

I was not a huge fan of Anna Dolce. The food was pretty subpar for the price and the appetizers were tiny and disappointing. Also, I was really put off by the choice of artwork inside. There was art on every wall of scantily clad women eating pasta in a weirdly sexual manner. It was just uncomfortable. Our server was nice though!

Local Foodie Here- this place was the worst experience in West Des Moines I have ever had. We went right at 5 to accommodate our toddler and hopefully avoid it being too busy. Our server sat us at a table and didn’t ask if we needed a booster or highchair- when we asked to move to a table that would accommodate a highchair in the nearly empty resturant our server acted annoyed- “sure”- it then took some time for the staff to analyze the books to move us to the table next to us and they brought another couple to stand and wait at our table while we moved? Our server then “helped” by scooping up our stuff and throwing it on our new table. For the food. We had the fried cheese, spaghetti, and ribeye- all
Could have been TGIFridays frozen entrees -$100 later we agreed It was disgusting. We usually give places two tries before we review- this place we will not.

We were there last Saturday. I was excited to try this restaurant. It was dark and cozy. But a little too dark, my husband had to use the light on his cell phone to read the menu.
The appetizer was artichoke dip. I didn't care for it. I thought it would be more creamier.
I ordered the chicken parmesan. The chicken was breaded and I smelled and tasted wine in it. I was disappointed and didn't eat much.
My husband had vodka rigatoni. He said it was flavored pretty good.
It's a nice place, server was nice as well.
I might give it a second try with another dish

While picking up my food for takeout there was a literal roach crawling across the bar counter as I was about to pay. I left the food there and went somewhere else.
