11/28/25, 9:14pm. We walked in to this restaurant and were rudely greeted by the lady that was sitting at the bar talking with another male employee. She said “hi” and that’s all. I had to say “can we get a table for two?” after just standing there. She did the whole “ugh” face like we interrupted her conversation. She didn’t look at us just walked up, slammed her hand on the menus to grab two and said “this way” without even looking at us, again. At this point, my friend and I realized the service was going to be poor. We said never mind and walked out. Is the service provided the reason why the restaurant is so empty on a Friday night?

Heard this was the place to go after all these years. My pasta was good. Drinks were good. Waited an hour for food and two of wife's app trio were not good.

Everything was great except for the grilled cheeseburger and tomato soup. The soup was WAY too basil forward, plus the grilled cheeseburger was soggy and there was no bacon jam 😞

Waited 30 minutes for a server to even come to our table to get our drinks.. when the bones wing came out the wings were cold sent them back and got new they were still cold won’t be back

Last few times we've been it's been slow service with few tables occupied. Tried it today- 5 table occupied in dining area, 3 servers working the floor. Waited 15 mins before someone came to our table. Waited 10 more before leaving. No drinks or food came.

Now at Chili's enjoying a better experience.

Saturday for lunch. Start by saying there were signs on the door saying they were out of items. Not a big deal. Waited at check in for a long time, walked past but what I assume was servers. It was not busy. We counted 11 tables. Our waiter was fine. Not terrible but not friendly. He definitely did not want to be at work. Ordered a Pepsi, not crisp, ratio was off. Also got Rockin’ Poppin’ Shirley Temple, it was fine. Drink refills were never offered. Started with the Ultimate Trio, onion rings were fantastic, pretzels with beer cheese looked like they would be hard as a rock but turned out to be so good. Also the boneless wings with garlic Parmesan, skip them not meat and rock hard. Ranch was fine and beer cheese was good. Sweet and spicy chicken sandwich was fine, would not get again. Whole lotta bacon burger was also just fine. Fries were nothing special. Ok, sums up this food. We only came since we had a gift card and this is exactly why we don’t come. Mediocre service and subpar food. Skip.

Great Staff!! Very friendly and attentive even though they were busy and there were a lot of various activities happening in the area. Examples; Sr. Olympics, sports tournaments, State Fair arrivals, car races etc.
The food was great, nice selection and specials. Food arrived in a timely manner and was hot and freshly prepared.
Highly recommended ☺️

Before we walked in the fire alarms went off and stayed on for about a minute or so. Good job guys

As a European you are not that used to American food, but at Applebees you can trust the quality of the food👍🏼

I got cheese pizza and vanilla yogurt with strawberries! Last time I got fries. good kid’s menu… it was $6.99 for the meal. Hehe good price. Yogurt was chunky..: pizza was good, Dr Pepper was good, bouncy seat:)

Vegetarian options: Kids menu there was broccoli trees.
They had salads and applesauce.

Parking: They had small parking spots.. BUT it was ok.
