Me and my lady ate there yesterday and our order took 40 minutes for a pasta with chicken and soup and fries so we decided to cancel our order. I talked to the manager about it he had an attitude because we canceled and I told him service doesn't shouldn't take this long and he talked back to us all smart and threw our debit card back at us and told us to never come back Very unprofessional off the manager he need to be fired . DO NOT EAT AT THE MILLSCIVIC APPLEBEE'S. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I have eaten at this Applebee's location many times and have had good food and service. Not sure what is happening but service has really slipped. Slow to provide service, forgetting items asked for many times and not providing silverware and napkins until well after are food arrived. Food was not good, overcooked and poor quality. Very disappointed in our dining experience here.

I liked the veggies, the steak was alright but for the 2 for $30 includes appetizer, really not a terrible deal. My server was MIA, but friendly when we he was in our presence. Idk...I feel like I'll cook some steak at home and try their Chicken next time.

We just dined in this afternoon around 2, our server was Tayler. The service was terrible. We had a 2 for 25, 2 kids meals, a side salad, and an order of soup. Our server visited the table to get our drink order after probably 10 minuets of being seated. The manager actually came over to the table shortly after to see if she had been to the table yet. She came to drop off drinks and take our order, then again to drop off food, and then didn't return to the table until we stopped her to ask for our checks. My son had spilled his drink and we had 3 napkins for the 5 of us. I actually got up and got a few napkins from the server station myself as it had been 15 minutes since the drink spilled and the server hadn't even walked past our table.She was not apologetic and actually quite rude when we asked her to bring us some to go bowls with our boxes. All around, this was a terrible experience. I've eaten at this applebess countless times, I used to work here, and never have I had such terrible service in this establishment. The food was good, typical and what you can expect from applebees, but the service was downright terrible.

Only bad thing was the booth seats. They were so low and very uncomfortable. And, the seats were very hard to get up out of. It was noon, and we asked for a table and tables weren't opened up yet.
