Alex was our cashier. She is obviously extremely dedicated and passionate about her job there. She alone made the atmosphere there 10 times better. I want to go back just to see Alex and support her paycheck specifically.
we had our cashier Alex. She was the most welcoming and sweet girl that I’ve ever met while getting auntie Anne’s. I would go back just to get to talk to her again. That is how good her customer service was, go, Alex!!
is it really a trip to the mall without stopping by here?! i only got two almond pretzels. one was slightly overcooked and/or sitting there for a while but the other was cooked just fine. the one was dry and a little too hard.
the staff were friendly but i’d still come back. i did come in during the day on a week day so business wasn’t as busy which could result in it sitting for a while.
