I placed an online catering order for my residents at Sierra Pointe Apartments for National Pretzel Day and picked them up this afternoon. Everything was ready when I arrived and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't realize how big an order of 92 pretzels with dipping sauces would be, so one of the employees, Nicole, offered to help we get it all out to my car! Amazing service, amazing pretzels! Thanks for helping us celebrate National Pretzel Day Auntie Anne's!

There was a blind man using his stick trying to find where he orders from and the gentleman working reached his had over the counter and took his hand and helped him it just made me happy that there are still good people in the

I just want to shoutout the TWO employees working 12/23 at approximately 12PM. Customers were absolutely rude and impatient with your employees. They need to be paid more. If I were them, I would have walked out and quit on the spot. They deserve a holiday bonus for managing the huge lines from the holiday shopping and still keeping a good attitude! I told the guy merry Christmas afterwards and he was still kind and happy. Pretzels were still amazing and chewy. These employees...
