I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with only onions and pickles. And a large Fry. We received the order with everything on the burger. We don’t live in this area we live in Norwalk and we had to turn around in the maze of buildings out there because I could smell the ketchup coming from the bag( I’m allergic to tomatoes) the receipt had the appropriate order but the cooks made it wrong. The girl at the counter was very nice but the guys in the back said “ what does she want!” So rude! I just want the sandwich I ordered. I love Bbops but this one definitely has been scratched off the list of my go to. The guy who took our order didn’t even speak to us only to tell us the cost. We said thank you and he closed the window. A little customer service goes along ways.

It’s a fantastic location. One of the newer B-Bops that has an eat-in dining room. Traditional food which was delicious and the store was clean. Recommend highly.
