Poor customer service. When approached about the taste and quality of the food, they were not willing to accommodate. The sushi was dry and lacked flavor.

I had pad see noodles seems to be they undercooked it and they are rubbery, when asked about it they said it will be like that, 😔 daam they dont even know how to cook smooth and make it easy to eat. My bad that i ordered it instead pad thai.

The food is amazing..... however I was charged 3$ for extra onions and 3$ for extra potatoes in my to go order. All was stuffed in the same container. Why wasn't it served separately since you charged separately??

Something has changed. Staff and vibe. Really needs air conditioning during summer. Didn’t appreciate the drop cord running in through the entrance door with 2 guys adding decals to a car window in the parking lot. Doesn’t seem well cared for any longer. Soup wasn’t what I ordered. Received tofu vs vegetables. Waiter did not attend to details.

We visited Banana Leaf and had a wonderful experience! Even though we arrived a bit late, the staff was very accommodating and served us quickly. We ordered the chicken satay, yellow curry fried rice, and egg drop soup — everything was delicious and full of flavor. Really appreciated the great service and tasty food. Can’t wait to visit again!

The worst Thai food I had ever had. I ordered tom yum, Thai basil and pad see ew . Too sweet and pad see ew noodle are so dry under cooked . Not goona go back ever again.

I just got a sushi roll to go but looked like an awesome place to sit and eat. Awesome volcano roll and great service. I didnt get a picture until I had eaten half of it 😂

The prices have gone up again.. probably why the place was almost empty at noon. $32 with tip $36, for low mein and a spring roll , Ridiculous!!, I won't be back

The food is adequate for sustenance and survival. The service is good. You can tell the employees get kind of stressed and overworked and I feel for them. There is no AC so I was sweating a hole through the armpits of my shirt, sadly. It made me embarrassed and smelly and my daughter bullied me when I got home. I'm not sure I would come back because of that.

We love Thai food, so we came in here. First the atmosphere , it was a hot summer day no AC we started sweating crazy plus the kitchen heat, we totally lost mood to eat with an infant who was also feeling so hot inside . And the service was good wish the people talk little louder or I didn't know if they weren't confident enough of what to talk.
When we thought of ordering non alcoholic drink just beat the heat nothing was available. Finally we took all the food in a box and left.
Really a bad experience on a hot summer day.

Food was average. Service wasn't anything to write home about. Table was sticky and the temperature in the dining room was uncomfortably hot. Overall, not worth the visit.
