We come in to Biaggi’s quite a bit but our server today was TRASH! He never once refilled our drinks, never asked if we wanted anything else, even walked by and tossed the bread basket on out table!! Like I ALWAYS tip, no matter the service but his was so horrible, I didn’t tip not 1 cent! I have NEVER not tipped, even poor service, but his was absolutely awful!! I’m so disappointed.

We were sat right away, nice booth. Water , bread were spectacular. We had the pleasure of having Ana as our sever. She was very thoughtful and attentive throughout the whole dinner. She went above in beyond in our experience eating out in Des Moines.

Great, fast service, clean, nice, polite. No concerns. We never have problems. We have been coming for years.

Finally able to eat gluten free food, which was delicious. And not as expensive as I expected. That is my go to place from now on period staff is very very friendly and efficient
