If you are going to offer a coupon that says buy one get one for $3.14 that clearly says on the coupon redeem in restaurant or on app by 3-31-25, then you need to honor. I was told the coupon button doesn't work in store, you have to purchase on the app. What a joke! Do better & maybe have better attitudes with your customers.

Rude guy Bryce att the oven, asked for extra crispy, he would not want to put my pizza back in for extra crispy , he said he wasn’t going to, so I had to ask the Hispanic guy that was making the pizza, horrible guy with attitude problems, he was on his phone all the time. Employee name Bryce at the oven would not take my pizza back in the oven for extra crispy, he refused so I had to get someone else that was working there to put the pizza back in for a few more mins, the Hispanic guy was more than helpful, he had to leave the bar area and stop what he was doing to put my pizza in, we could of had avoided all of this if he just put my pizza back in, AND ON TOP LEFT A TIP FOR ALL THE HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES, please b kind to us customers,

They are not consistent about pizza pricing. One day a half and half pizza with 2 toppings on each half is a 2 topping pizza. The next time it is a build your own three topping pizza. When asking the builder about the pricing the person yells across the building to the manager making it an issue for all in the restaurant to hear.

Came to this locations to pick up a door dash order and the employee behind the counter was very rude and pushed the pizza at me and said "right here alright!" In a angry tone then as I proceed to walk away he starts disrespecting customers and dashers for coming up to the counter asking about orders to other coworkers like it was so cool for him to do. If that was my employee he would be fired. Hope manager does the right thing and let's the employee go!

First of all we paid over $30 for two pizza's and one soda. We were rushed through the toppings and we were the only people in line. Also the guy making mine wouldn't speak up loud enough for me to hear after I repeatedly told him I couldn't hear him, wouldn't put enough bbq sauce on my pizza and argued that they put more on after it's cooked (and they forgot so I had to go back up and ask for the extra sauce) he put about 30 garlic cloves on my pizza, didn't evenly distribute the ingredients, and they undercooked my boyfriend's pizza and the mushrooms were still raw after he asked for it to be well done. Next time I'll go somewhere else. They used to be so much better and had much better employees.

I’ve been to the downtown one with no issues at all. This West Desmoines one was something else. The people rushing me to pick what I want, they didn’t cook it long enough so the dough was super chewy, oh and the don’t wear hair nets clearly because we found SEVERAL HAIRS IN PIZZA. All that for $40?

I visited this location on Saturday, August 10, after checking out my purchase. I noticed several flies flying around the kitchen near the brick oven. Near the finishing area, there was a pan, a pizza wheel, and an empty pizza carton box. Flies were flying around, and, on the items, which public health officials would consider contaminated and any tidy individual. I informed the employee, a tall white male with a red hair that there were flies on the pizza, the carton box, and the cutter. I was utterly disgusted of this situation; however, he was very nonchalant about it and didn’t take any action.

Meanwhile, my pizza was in the oven, so I asked him to change the cutter and the box he had placed out for my pizza. He had such an attitude about changing the box and the pizza cutter. If he had not changed them, I was going to ask for my money back., however the other contaminated iron pan and pizza cutter remained on the counter, and no action was taken. Anyone who had pizza that afternoon, that Saturday, was served pizza with flies flying around it and on it. This is unacceptable and disgraceful. At the very least, take action and clean the utensils and countertops and try to get rid of the flies instead of letting the flies contaminate the pizza. You may think it's acceptable for flies to land on food and utensils, but others do not. It’s disgusting. Have some respect for your customers and disinfect the items.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. The food was okay. I think the novelty of the experience is what you come here for (or to accommodate picky eaters!) The pizza itself was fine.

The staff seemed a little rushed/frazzled/get-to-the-point which was kind of stressful as a first timer at the restaurant.

Two of our 4 pizzas were moderately burnt. They offered to re-make them, but the line and wait was kind of long so we declined.

Overall it was nice to try, but I'd go somewhere new before coming back again.
