We were there for Thanksgiving dinner with a large group. Some ordered the Thanksgiving dinner and some ordered off the menu. We were there later in the day, and the manager (or someone who was coordinating for the day) rigged a screen to shade the sun from shining through the windows. Very kind. Food and service was excellent. It's not easy to accommodate such a large group, but they did an excellent job. Several servers helped carry out the food, so we were all served at the same time. Refills timely. Simply outstanding! Thank you, Bravo!!!

Made a reservation for Thanksgiving, which happened to be my anniversary also. We sat over 20 minutes before even being "greeted" by SOPHIE. She approached the table with a "whatcha want to drink"?? And 2 for Turkey?? When we declined the Turkey, we were met with eye rolls and a disgusted look. We ordered a salad and appetizer to start. I asked to move slowly with dinner, I don't eat fast, was told to Order Now. Geezer!! I asked again to please allow me time before I order. When she finally came around again, 35 minutes later, sha then asked "If We Were ACTUALLY GONNA ORDER FOOD? OMG!!!! At that point we did order. Food came out fairly fast. I had chicken marsala, my husband had lasagna....both dishes were cold. NO check back until she approached with my check. I asked for a dessert to go, more eye rolls. If you dont want to meet the need of the public when they are dining....then SOPHIE, I suggest you find a different path of employment. I understand it was a holiday, but the service shouldn't stink. Btw....my dessert tasted like an old refrigerator. Would NOT recommend

Bravo did not honor our reservation. When we arrived (5 mins early), the hostess said the policy was that the waiting list had priority and they would be seated first. There were seven groups ahead of us and it took 45 minutes before our table was offered.

Shocked this place can stay open with the quality of the food and service. Dinner was well above $200 for Olive Garden quality food and even worse service.

Hair in food - original and remake. Chef coming over and trying to tell me it wasn't hair. The manager did comp out entire meal, which was appreciated but not expected.

Always one of my favorite Italian restaurants - I do carry out here a lot since I travel and stay at the hotels nearby. The food is always great here!

We were the only customers and service was extremely slow. The Salad was not fresh and was easily frozen and the lettuce and other greens were not good.

This was our first time at any Bravo!. Everything was going great until I opened my napkin to put on my lap and it was crawling with bugs. We told the server, who proceeded to apologize and replace the napkins. Someone from the kitchen, not the server brought these to us and put the bug filled napkins (3 of 4 we checked had the same bugs) on the built in column behind us. Upon opening the new set of napkins, MORE BUGS! We again told the server, who apologized. Next thing we knew a different server brought us BLACK napkins from the bar (maybe to camouflage the black bugs found on the white napkins, maybe not), but we had already decided to leave. We will never be back, which is unfortunate because we rather enjoyed the bread and dipping oil brought when we sat.

While the dinner service was good on a Saturday night the food was not up to expectations for the price. The drinks were great. We had limoncello lemonade, mango tea, and peach tea. The server was fantastic we came in for my daughter's 18th birthday and he did a great job. The rest of the experience was very disappointing for the prices they have. The tablecloth had stains and hair on it. The appetizer plates that were stacked on the table had a dead insect on the top plate. The staff did remove that plate before anyone at the table could mention it. I had the veal parmesan. The veal was burnt and way over cooked. It was evident that the kitchen staff recognized this and attempted to cover the mistake with strategically placed cheese and sauce. The noodles that were serve with the veal were cooked properly but had been prepared with entirely too much oil. We also had the lobster and shrimp fettuccine as well as spaghetti and a pizza. The pizza looked very good. The fettuccine dish was mediocre. After the tip our bill was $230 for a table of five. For a third of the price you can go to Olive Garden and have better food. This restaurant has made the list of will not return. You are definitely paying for the location and not the quality of the food when dining here.

We have always enjoyed Bravo and consistently the food is good. We were surprised on a Saturday night, however to see the dining room, only half filled. As a suggestion to the restaurant, I do wish you would bring back your lower calorie meals that you had for sometime. While we appreciate the calorie content being listed on the menu, so many of the items were extremely high cal and could be reduced dramatically with the right preparation methods.

Great food and great service. My family had 3 varying pasta dishes and 1 had the sirloin, and everything was delicious.

Had reservations & when we got there was told “we took 2 more groups and are understaffed”. Under staffed, out of food and drinks (lemonade), food was not what we've had before. We won't be back...

Keep in mind this is a popular destination with teenagers. With homecoming(s) in fall and prom(s) in spring, Bravo tends to overbook its reservations. That being said, if you are on a tight timeline, plan ahead accordingly. On two occasions even with booked reservations, we had to wait for a table beyond our reservation timeframe.
