The wait staff is understaffed and overworked - they need more assistance. You need to staff to meet the customer's needs.

Server good, however restaurant was horribly understaffed. Salads never came. Food was okay.

Salad greens didn't look fresh - brown edges. Everyone else's meals looked fine though. As for service the waitress was highly inattentive - we couldn't even make eye contact or wave to get her attention. Ordered a glass of wine that took forever to be delivered. We finally got the attention of the manager/bartender (?) and he noted that the glass of wine had been ordered 15 minutes ago—-I could see it sitting at the bar the whole time waiting to be picked up by the waitress and brought to the table. Final note is that I noted on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday. My sister also called and told them we were celebrating but that info either did not get communicated to our waitress OR she totally ignored it and had to be told at the end that it was a birthday celebration. Just feel like they missed the mark on all levels.

Went at 3:30 to avoid dinner rush. Watching food come out of kitchen it looked disorganized with half orders sitting in pass for longer than needed. I think with 3 tables the B team cooks were being used.

Bravo is our go-to restaurant. It never disappoints! Food is always great and we love the atmosphere. Staff is well trained, professional and always friendly.

Was seated and waited 15 minutes for a server to bring us water and take our drink order but that never occurred. A table next to us was seated after us and because one of their diners was a previous employee, their order was taken, despite 2 servers walking by our table multiple times. We gave up trying to get service and left the restaurant. Unacceptable customer service.

Bravo is generally one of our go to favorites. The apps and drinks were great then we waited over 30 minutes for our entrées and they were all cold and inedible. Our sons egg dish came out five minutes after all of our food was delivered, so you would think that it would be piping hot and the eggs were cold to the touch. A real disappointment for one of my favorite restaurants.

We had reservations for 7:15. When we arrived we had to wait for a hostess who is in the back kitchen. We were seated and waited 15 minutes for a server. No one ever stopped to greet us or said we will be right with you so we got up and left. The restaurant was far from busy and this was totally unacceptable.

Unfortunately I cannot review the food at this restaurant. We (a party of 2) were seated a few minutes before our reservation. For the next 25 minutes, we waited as wait-staff, the hostess who seated us and others walked by several times with no eye contact, no water, no greeting, no "sorry we are a bit busy" (which they were not), nothing. We watched two parties that were seated after us receive attention from staff, place drink orders, etc. As one can imagine, after 25 minutes, we had had enough. We left, informing the hostess (who had walked by and looked at our table, but not at us, at least twice), that our table was available for someone else as we had received no service of any kind. The hostess said something like "Really? OK." No apology, no expression of concern, nothing. It perhaps does explain why the restaurant was less than half full. We have eaten at this restaurant several times over several years. We will not be returning.

Haven't been here in a while. It wasn't even half full on a Friday night. Now I know why. No “hello” or “welcome” at the hostess station. Service was slow. A $25 chicken parm did not include a salad. One can be added for another $7!!! Wine be the glass is some of the most expensive in the Des Moines area. Most staff were dressed for hike, and not for a fine dining experience that the entree prices seem to want to aspire to. The food was good, however.

Got a reservation for seven on a Saturday and was seated in 30 minutes. Food was great and service was good.

This is the first time I have ever posted something like this. My boyfriend and I went to Bravo! Cucina Italians at Jordan Creek tonight to try a new restaurant. There was another couple ahead of us waiting to be seated. The hostess was busy bussing tables. When she finally came over she said nothing to any of us except to tell the couple to follow her. She seated the couple ahead of us and then went back to bussing tables. She clearly saw us waiting and even glanced over at us again a couple of times as i made eye contact with her. She continued bussing tables so we left. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t want to seat new guests or if there was a reason why wouldn’t you let them know. I’ve worked in the restaurant business for 20+ years and this is the worst service i have ever seen. The restaurant was about half full when we arrived.

Our waiter Rafael was super nice, recommended my dinner, and the chef delivered our plates. Excellent experience.

Excellent food, service, and a great experience. The restaurant was alive and had a pre-pandemic buzz just like the old days. Good job Bravo

Nice special for Valentines. Waitress was nice but food, salad and dessert came out all at once and we felt rushed. We would go back and are hopeful thatcher to the holiday they were trying to turn over tables quickly.
