The new owners are fantastic; and based on their marketing, they are making every effort to create an inclusive environment. Their breve lattes are one of the best (if not the best) I’ve had in Des Moines.

Very cute coffee place. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind when selecting a drink. Plenty of seating options for smaller groups.

This coffee shop has a great vibe when you need a place other than Starbucks to get your work or meetings done. Great atmosphere for studying and meeting up with friends and family. I will definitely be back.

I don't know anything about the old owners, but the new owners are fantastic! Had a wonderful experience! Very clean coffee shop with sumptuous brews. I was intrigued by the teas, but didn't get one. Maybe next time! Delicious pastries, excellent service! They even made a treat for my dog waiting in the truck! Highly recommend!!!!

I didn't realize they changed names but still have the same offerings. Best cup of loose leaf brewed jasmine tea that I have found in the metro. The shop is clean and a nice place to sit and do work.

This used to be Sweetwaters. It was a wonderful local shop to study and hang out in, I loved it. After the change in owners the entire vibe changed. Phased out all old original employees and replaced them with his family so he doesn’t have to pay them, raised prices of popular favorites, and drinks are made incorrectly or take extremely long now. The new owner doesn’t know anything about how to run a coffee shop and ruined this spot for so many people. He isn’t about creating connections with customers or valuing people as individuals. Just not the same.

Same place, same owners, still just as good. Can redeem old points to their new system. Give it a try!

Frequented sweetwaters since it opened. Without warning to customers, their business changed over to this new name. Lost out on $38 worth of sweetwaters gift cards gifted only 1 month before. The business did nothing to take responsibility for their poor communication or to keep business. I'll take my business to an establishment that cares about its local business supporters.
