If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered food. Got home and was missing food and called. They said someone called with my name and phone number and complained and they rectified it for them, so there was nothing they could do for my order. While I waited on hold for twenty minutes, and could easily prove with my call history that I had not called and complained at all because we had just gotten home and opened our bag of food! So infuriating they weren’t willing to fix the situation at all.

I have been working DoorDash recently and have had to go to this location a few times with a poor experience each time. For those that don’t know when someone places an order and the driver (myself) arrives at the location there is a time that is given for when the order will be ready (albeit tentatively, in most cases). My first experience the client ordered cauliflower wings. I was told they were being prepared and waited. After 15 mins I was then told they don’t have them and they asked if the customer wanted anything else. Customer was vegan and declined. 30 minutes wasted. Today I went into an empty establishment and waited well beyond the time I was expecting an order only to be overlooked and ignored by staff directly in my face. After asking for help numerous times I was told “The kitchen cooks the food. I don’t control that.” I asked for them to check on the status. I was rudely ignored again. I asked for the manager and she followed suit with her lack of professionalism and managerial tact. Not to be overlooked was the amount of staff on their cell phones in the kitchen as I watch them waiting for the food to be prepared. No one cares, why should I?

Our server was slow. The table we were sat at was a mess with chicken smashed all over the floor where our table was which made my shoes filthy. The bathroom was filthy. Two staff members advertised a deal for us which we did not get. When I asked for a manager Desiree (I believe was her name) was incredibly rude to us when I explained the situation. Overall not a good experience.

HORRIBLE! Went at 530 pm on a Saturday and was 1/2 busy. Our waiter was great at least. Ordered a 10 piece boneless wing and a 15 piece boneless, and cheese curds. Curds came out in under 10 minutes (GREAT!). Wings took 1 hour 15 minutes. Cold and very crunchy. Very disappointed. Not worth the $45 we spent

We stopped at the West DSM location and was seated right away. Then even after requesting 2 times to be waited on we left after 25 minutes!!! All while others coming in after us were waited on right away. Don’t bother stopping.

Honestly it seems like bww has stepped their game up. The wings are always well sauced now and not too small. The last few times we've been our waiter/waitress was always good at helping us when we needed it. They always do a great job at accommodating our watch party as well

Worst service I've ever received. Asked for a water 5 times and never got a water. A Water. Continued to give us attitude about the bill after we specifically asked to have it separated. Food was subpar compared to any other Buffalo Wild Wings in the metro. Just pass

not surprised to see lots of bad reviews. this location was great but is awful these days. Their only ordering never works and when you call to order it charges you more, yet they won’t adjust it even though it’s their side that doesn’t work. The staff disappear constantly and one man taunts and is super sassy with mgt infront of customers. Not to mention when you do get a to go it’s normally 20 later then it was set for. Sad to see this location go to waste due to the staff and not fixing their online issues.
