Hardly anyone in there. They had one server for everyone in the place. No way she could keep up and it wasn't busy. Lunch special was fine but they don't tell you about the upcharge of 3.00 for something besides French fries. Boneless nuggets didnt habe much sauce on them. 4 meals came and other didn't come for 5 minutes.

Place has become very expensive for sub par food. Wing prices are outrageous for d.all traditional wings.

Just sat at this location for 37 minutes and no one even took our drink order. My son and I left.

Prepaid order, the app shows completed, but no items in the prepaid cart nor the rude counter guy knows about the status. He said, if it is not there, it's yet to be competed. It's more than 15 mins I am waiting. He doesn't have any idea how long more it will take to complete. Such a pain.
Suggest to avoid this restaurant.
No respect to customers, nor any consideration that hungry people are basically ordering food.

ordered here for super bowl over 2 hours ahead, it said the order would be ready at 550, just left at 7:15pm. I understand they are busy but they need to let the customer know if there's gonna be a wait. Unacceptable and rude workers as well.

Ordered take out and they were late having the food ready. Got home and the order wasn’t correct. Went back to get correct order and they were rude and unapologetic.

They cannot follow simple instructions on excluding items, that they are clearly aware of. Their quality control is very lacking as they don’t pay close attention to orders, and they also don’t make sure all items are included when they send orders out.

Idk what it is about buffalo wild wings everywhere but you guys always have the rudest and laziest staff. Corporate needs to come in and switch up the way they manage locations.

I normally don’t feel compelled to leave reviews but unfortunately i did see an encounter with another guest between the bartender and manager that i was not okay with especially being in the same industry.

A younger looking girl was asked for her ID before she was served a drink which obviously is code for any establishment that serves alcohol.

However the interaction was very awkward to witness due to the fact the ID was present and shown then given an okay and soon after a manger was brought over to double check which can be understandable if someone looks younger or not very much like the ID photo. The questions that were asked regarding the ID were not very much appropriate as it was her LEGAL ID and after her offering up personal information during this didn’t sit well to watch as she was trying to get service.

After chatting whit the pair that were close to us come to find out she had lost weight and that’s why the ID photo was not good enough. That can absolutely be understandable but to give an okay then have a manger come over breading you with questions and commenting on your body “looked like you lost a couple pounds” was wild to hear. Especially because she had made it known that’s why her ID may have looked a bit different.

also the comment was made AFTER he held the ID up to light like it was a fake dollar bill. In this day and age we know better!

Always something wrong with our order for pickup. This time absolutely no sauces on the side, wings were cold when we got home ( we live 3 min away) and I had to wait 15 minutes longer than the email said it would be ready.
Spoke with a team lead and gave us 9$ off our order, he sounded like all he does is get yelled at all day, poor kid.

I always give this store one more chance because we love the bogo deals. But this... is the last chance.

Sat at the bar for 15 minutes on a sunday afternoon, restaurant wasn’t that busy but nobody came to take a drink order or see if I was ready to order food. No one was even behind the bar, and I was not the only person who seemed to be annoyed that no one was there waste of time I’ll just go to a drive-through. I also don’t recommend their takeout because every time I’ve ordered from here my boneless wings have been dry and usually hard as a rock.

Worst mens bathroom ever. Boogers smeared all over urinal walls, Soap dish disgusting. Doesn’t look like they’ve cleaned it in months. Probably the dirtiest Buffalo wild wings I’ve ever been at. Wings were overcooked and small. Our server needed much improvement. 1/26 at 12:30pm

Expect to wait at least triple the amount of time for pickup. There is a window to the kitchen and you could see them taking their dear time. All for a fun work environment but when you have about 10 people waiting for pick up.
