This location has really gone downhill. Servers are few and far between and are bringing food at separate times rather than your full meal or your tables meals together. Servers do not spend much time at your table anymore and are seen cleaning more often than not. The last time we were in, our server was vacuuming and picking things up off the floor and did not wash their hands before giving us silverware straws drinks etc.

I placed an order tonight for carry out for HONEY GARLIC wings. However, after getting home the wings were dark red and they ended up being the honey Sriracha wings. I live 30 minutes away.Not to mention I was told on the phone 20 minutes, it ended up being 40+ minutes. Very disappointed and feel ripped off

Watching everyone eat in the kitchen, cooks included and touch our food with their bare hands while we sit an hour for wings, fries, and cheese curds to go is just wild. Got old window fries and cheese balls and asked for fresh ones just to get a huge attitude. Not worth it

I was lectured by a manager as to why the kitchen was slow. I'm not sure if he was offering me a job or just having a supremely bad day, but it was rude and I don't appreciate someone promoted to manager treating me rudely

as a Dasher, this is the only place that I won’t pick up food and it took a lot of long waits before making that decision. ultimately it’s effected my pay Having to wait a half hour to an hour and a half for each order

Their food was mid. But something has to be done about their bathroom. ABSOLUTELY disgusting, looks like it’s never been cleaned. They’re mold lookin stuff on every corner. Idk how this place passes inspection. Makes me wonder what the kitchen is like

We arrived at the place at 11:20pm the waitress terrible service in a hurry to take the order because they closed at 12 that didn't even bring us the food complete. I don't think I'll go back to that place…. 1/2

Literally the slowest service I have ever had. Half the time they didn’t even have someone at the bar. Took at least 10 minutes to get a beer. I’ve been trying to close my tab for 20 minutes now. Food took 25 minutes to come out. Never been to a bdubs this bad… EDIT: just found out the bar tender tipped her self… so I tipped her twice… I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BDUBS. This was actually pathetic.

Ordered a to go order with them. And I was told it’ll be ready in 5 minutes 6 times, I was the only one there in the pick up part. Apparently nobody knows how to drop some chicken wings in a fryer for 8 minutes and toss them in sauce. The manager is also a piece of trash who doesn’t how to run his restaurant.

Was greeted after 25 minutes, food took 15 minutes after that & no waters were brought to the table. She said sorry she was busy but was in the kitchen the whole time??? Giggling with her manager & saw her on her phone too. Like bro ur job ain’t in there. The girl was not busy. Nor was the restaurant & other servers clearly saw that that girl doesn’t do her job. I didn’t want to tip but my bf didn’t wanna be that guy. You deserved less then those $6 quit ur job ur in the wrong field.
