Charleys Cheesesteaks

Was super excited for a Philly cheese steak but was highly disappointed when I bite into it! There was no flavor at all. I asked for only grilled peppers and onions and they added lettuce tomatoes and pickles. The onions and peppers also were no grilled. The fries were super good tho.

They charged me extra for a drink when I got a combo. 16 bucks for a small Philly cheesesteak combo advertised at 12 bucks

Terrible managers

First time eating here sandwich is tragically bad. Super bland and honestly looked inedible. Only thing that was good about my meal was the damn lemonade

The sandwiches are awesome, don't bother with fries, they're soggy and are less than to be desired

NEED TO HIRE AT LEAST ONE ENGLISH SPEAKER. FIVE EMPLOYEES AND ZERO ENGLISH. Impossible to ask them to keep fried warm while making sandwiches.

It's so nice to receive food quickly and have it be piping hot! The employees were attentive and you could tell that they wanted to earn your business.

Refuses to provide tap water. Will only sell bottled water even when order 4 sandwiches.

The manager tells the employees to say that the water button on the soda fountain does not work. The only water option is to purchase a bottled water with your meal.

Ordered a chipotle chicken cheesesteak through grub hub. It arrived with no chipotle and very little cheese, basically a chicken club. Very bland and dry.

Drove 40 minutes because the website says they close at 7. Regardless, we showed up before 6 and they didn’t serve us because they were closing. Definitely understand not serving because you’re closed but before closing time? Fix the online closing time too.

Ordered the new kentucky bourbon cheese steak! Excellent sandwich. Fast service!

Elisa, the lady at the cash register is deaf and can not hear a thing. This is the second time I have ordered at her register and she always messes up my order. This time they completely deleted my order from the screen, and made me wait 20 minutes for something that could have taken 5. The line cooks do not hear as well you have to yell at them for them to hear you. This is not good customer service
