Having employees stand outside to take orders in wind chills of 20 below zero is utterly ridiculous. Completely unacceptable decision from management. Be better for your workers

Went through the drive thru last night. I ordered the usual for my daughter and decided to try a Cobb Salad for myself. As per usual, everything was great. I was almost finished with my salad at home and I found a long blond curly hair in the bottom. I was very grossed out and it was definitely not mine. I know things happen but please be sure to enforce hygiene precautions.
Food was not up to standard. My chicken sandwich was not hot and was barely warm. Both my granddaughter and my fries were cold. It's been a long time since I've been to a Chick-fil-A and it will be a long time again!!

This place is very off. After the construction they’ve been very odd, I walk in and they give me fake smiles, the food comes 10 minutes later all cold and hard. When I left I stood close and waited for a refill, all the workers were talking with each other giving side eyes at me after a while, but keep drinking sodas and talking. They seem like there forced to be nice and there fake smiles give me an eerie feeling.

It's Chick-fil-a...what can I say that others haven't already raved about!
Last night was HORRIBLY off. Got in left line past the driveway (not a long line extending past the building or anything). Both lanes were filled right to the end of the initial drive through lanes but not beyond that. Waited 6 minutes, line has not moved at all. Eventually someone comes out with a tablet to take orders. Awesome. That is usually where Chik-fil-a shines and gets things really moving along in the drive thru. More people have now arrived and there are at least 10 cars behind us and 10 cars behind the car that was last in line in the right lane when we arrived. Person with the tablet is ONLY taking orders from the right lane. Takes 8 orders from cars that arrived 6-15+ minutes after us. Our line never moves. I've seen the tablet order takers alternate from line to line before but apparently that was not an option last night, and we were now stuck in line with at least 8 people that were served before us that got there long after we did. Screaming hungry toddler. We're trapped in the line, so we have no choice but to wait with the wails of a hungry monster in the backseat with us. I asked politely at the window why they were helping so many people that arrived after us and the girl said "because we only have 1 headset" and seemed genuinely annoyed that I even said anything. I was only feeding my kids but my teenager said it was cold and not up to par with their typical standards - he ended up eating frozen pizza at home.

I am not someone who eats here but I pick up orders and I just want to say the middle aged lady who helped me was so kind. Most employees aren’t as nice and I just really like this location. I wish I could remember owe name!!!

Ordered food from Merle Hay location. App redirected order to University in WDM. Drove miles out of the way and waited patiently while no one even said “hi”. Finally kid tries to hand me a DoorDash order and demands I hit confirm so I am not stealing it. (No wonder so many orders go missing). Finally convinced him I ordered my own food. But they don’t have the order. I am accused of driving to wrong store. Show app that has the order and correct location. Finally after 30m they start working on the order. No apology

We are monsters, so we brought 14 humans—many of them small—to this facility on the night before thanksgiving. As far as I could tell, everyone ate food and nobody cried except Mercy, so we counted that as a successful stress test. Good job Chik Fil A. We salute you and also apologize.

As good as you can expect from a Chic-fil-A. It can get really busy during peak hours so expect a wait when during those times.

I like the food but so busy sometimes it's crazy you would believe they are the only place around in the five mile radius anyways I do like the food over priced for sure but good food and the have gluten free options which I would like them to somehow expand on stuck to grilled chicken or a 14 dollar small salad
