Friendly staff, clean building, but the chicken is a little bland, the breading isn't good also the spicy chicken isn't really spicy. Having the sauce and fountain drinks behind the counter is incredibly lame too.

They were packed, and I brought in a group of 6. They were efficient and had our food out to us quickly. They also had someone monitoring the dining area, cleaning tables as soon as they were vacated, so they were ready for the next person.Dietary restrictions: I have food allergies that make eating out difficult at times. They were very accommodating and quick and didn't respond like they had never heard of a person needing a specific made sandwich.Parking: They have a large lot, but they were packed!!! We still found parking easily for the large vehicle. There was plenty of overflow parking around the restaurant if it had all been taken.

Chic-Fil-A has always been a very efficient and pleasant place to eat (dine-in and takeout both) but the location on Mills Civic Parkway takes the cake for being, hands down, the most efficient, pleasant, and delicious. The staff there for the last two years we have been visiting have always been wonderful to order from, always polite, and always eager. On top of that, whether it's 3 cars in the drive through or 50, you're in and out with your food, hot and fresh, within minutes. No other establishment can beat it. Oh, and the food is amazing.

Go to the Cane's instead until they reopen the dining room. If you really want to provide good service to your customers you'll not make us sit in the drive thru so we can bring our food home and eat it cold and pay the same price for drinks even though we can't get refills. This should not be drive thru only. Wth are you thinking? Open the dining room.
