Their chicken tenders that they put in the salad it’s disgusting as you see on the pictures it has black pieces in the chicken tenders as far as I know, chicken tenders It’s white meat.NOT DARK MEAT 🤮🤮

They gave me the wrong food twice. The first time they made a mistake I didn't say anything, the second time they made a mistake.Check fill They gave the wrong food and Kids toys. Lost my money

Chick-fil-A's food is always awesome. The service was topnotch the only reason I gave four stars is because of the pricing. I bought two meals and it cost over $30!

New set up is terrible and the employees here are insanely rude and lazy. I had to get out of my car to pick up my order because the new set up I can't get close to the window area and they wouldn't bring it out to me.

Was ignored at the register when we came to have breakfast inside. It appears the drive through is priority over walk in customers. Very disappointed. The lady that appeared to be manager ignored us and went in the back. Hopefully just an off day.

West Des Moines location stopped delivering and now uses door dash - not worth the $20 delivery fee!!!!! We used to order weekly at work because it’s what is close and we don’t really even get a lunch so it’s eat on the run. With that said we will no longer order until they make changes. The chicken arrived cold and chewy (tendons and gristly) and of course the fries were awful, soggy and cold. 25 bucks for a fry and 8 mini nuggets that ended up in the trash.

i had ordered door dash through them and when i received my order the bag was sealed. when i opened it there was no fries and i only had a drink and my chicken nugget meal. as well as my chicken was cold. it was over 16$. i called chic fil a in west des moin to complain about the issues i was having and was met with disrespect when the person on the phone said "that's a doordash problem" and hung up the phone. this is the worst expirience with them and they were not willing to refund me for just the cost of the meal. i'm very disappointed and upset.

This is the best chick fil a in town! Although it’s inside a food court, it’s fun for kids to play at the play center inside of the mall.

Good place for gas food and good quality. I recommend ordering on the app because the line is usually very long.
