Chipotle Mexican Grill

No lettuce. Around 5:30pm getting dinner for the family of 3. Bowls had all the meat, rice and chicken ready but at the end they say they are out of lettuce and the bowls were already filled. No lettuce at a restaurant that uses lettuce constantly is unacceptable. Why didn’t they have enough lettuce. They didn’t even have a sign telling customers they were out of lettuce. That’s bad customer service. Could have at least crossed the street to the grocery store to buy lettuce for the next few hours.

We love Chipotle and they did a great job on our meals at this location! The service and food was amazing. We took our food out in the mall since the tables were not clean in the restaurant. Not overly fond of their tables and decor inside.

Dietary restrictions: The burrito bowl is amazing for a gluten-free option!

this location is terrible. ordered online and spent way too much money just for them to forget a large queso. also paid extra for double steak and there was literally barely any in the bowl. the only time i have had a good experience is when you order at the counter. even then, employees are usually in a bad mood and act like they dont want to help you. this is why i prefer pancheros!! and its cheaper!

Do not go here!!! Horrible service. Ordered online and showed up at the time. The food wasn’t ready. They started to make it front of me when I asked about it (no one else was in there at the time), and left it half made on the assembly line while the workers chatted for ~15 minutes. Finally got the order and food was cold and undercooked (rice was crunchy). Threw out my meal and went somewhere else. Also, filthy in the restaurant and smeared food all over my packaging. Disgusting…

Restaurant was extremely unclean. Food was cold. I ended up throwing my meal out after trying to stomach the first bite. I love Chipotle but after this experience I will not be going to one for a long while.

The food was good… no complaints but absolutely every table was dirty. I cleaned off my own table. When I mentioned the dirty tables I was told that the servers could not leave their posts in the serving line. When I debated that idea she was able to find someone who would clean the tables. Wow that is stupid and crazy!!

I can always trust the chipotle not to be skimpy! My mobile order of a chicken burrito bowl with a side of chips was delicious! I was suprised with how heavy the bowl was, and how many chips I received. Money well spent!

Such an unfortunate experience ordered online waited for 10 minutes past the point my order was supposed to be ready to inquire. No one was preparing it then it was prepared incorrectly missing the additional charge of guacamole, and my burrito tortilla was crispy. The place was so messy and the workers appeared to not know what they were doing.
