Brown rice was either undercooked or stale because it was crunchy and gross. Hard to finish the bowl when it felt like I was chewing on dry pasta.

I wonder if you have to wait for everyone else's order to be made first, in front and behind you in line before you get to and finally eat, because that was the experience we had. There were 3 people ahead of us when we got there and they were together. Their food was made from start to finish, paid and had no breaks once they started their in person order. That took about 15 minutes somehow, but when we were finally waited on, our order was started......then it was stopped and started again multiple times to start the persons behind us order. Once our burrito were finally finished, we thought we could just pay and finally be on our way. Nope, other people behind us got their order completed behind us while we waited more. That was the final straw. After nearly 30 minutes of waiting for food, with only 3 people in front of us, we left with nothing due to the poor service. By the time we left, there was a long line with only one person doing mobile orders, another serving in person customers and two others doing some sort of food prep work (seeming oblivious to the long line growing).

Really small portions. Chips are extremely undercooked to the point where you can bend them beyond 90 degree angles and they wouldn't break. Legitimately impressed with how undercooked it was.

I normally get a burrito bowl with steak, sour cream, lettuce, rice, tomato salsa, beans and queso blanco. When my food arrived it did not have any steak, beans or rice. Very disappointed

Smaller portions than other locations, food was cold. Normally I FEIN for chipotle but this one neverrr hits. Go to a different one.

Very unserious location. I prefer to mobile order when it comes to fast food. I don’t think it’s ever been ready on the scheduled time. My order today was for 5:50. I got in line to inquire about it at 6:15 and they hadn’t even started it. They finally started it after I told them and they were out of fajita veggies. Don’t eat from this location, you’ll waste your life, soul, and money. The location at Merle hay mall is much better. Why even offer mobile order if all they do is make the food for people that just walked in, but not people that ordered and have been waiting for 30 mins? Crazy, whoever runs this franchise should do some soul searching. There were a lot of unhappy people in the same position as me.

Chipotle use to be one of my favorite places. Went tonight and portion sizes were small. Small scoops of rice across the board for my family. Got shorted on mean on all three entres. Want sour cream and cheese? You better ask for extra or you will get a miniscule amount. Orders have become anemic and its no longer worth what they charge. Should have walked out before paying and gone somewhere else. Fully regret our decision for dinner tonight.

Dirty restaurant. Most of the tables needed to be cleaned. The floor and windows were dirty as well. Food was mediocre at best.

Do not order online!!! They sent the order to the wrong store, which took twice as long to get to me and it was ice cold And wrong. Only compensation I got was a free drink and no redo on the food

I came in on 1/22 at around 2:30PM. I was greeted by a blonde woman who obviously cared about her job and wanted to make sure her customers felt welcomed and cared for. When it came time to check out I asked for vinaigrette and she told me that they were out, however she would love to make more. I have ran into this issue at Chipotle several times and never had any employee offered to make more. She made six cups for me and a few other customers who wanted some, as well. This blonde haired employee went above and beyond and Chipotle should take notice, I hope she is soon in the running for a management position because she truly embodied the role of a leader, and someone who goes above and beyond.

Mariah! With the positivity and customer service! I was instantly acknowledged by her when i entered the line. She politely took the person before order , and continued to engage with all customers . She is goals! Also, the queso was low so she went to get better queso from the other zone. She was very genuine and takes pride in her job.

Ordered online and took an hour to receive. Has anyone ever had to wait 50 min for their order? Ordered chicken burrito. Hardly any chicken. Ordered steak tacos (3). No meat in any of them. Ordered steak tacos with extra steak. NO MEAT!! I've only had 1 good experience with Chipotle and that was 5 yrs ago when I first tried it. It has gone down hill every time I've ordered and this will be the last time. The photo is of the steak burrito. There's actually more rice below the wrap. When I noticed I did get any meat was when I decided to write a review.

I ordered a steak burrito and it came with maybe 10 pieces of steak. The steak had no flavor and was like eating a rubber eraser. overall terrible food. I would give it a zero but I can’t.

Terrible employees. Waited a while and everyone made eye contact but no one took my order, only 1 black girl was actually working everyone else standing around chatting. Asked if they were open and they said yes and continued to ignore me. I used to love this Chipotle, but the workers at this location are awful (11/26 at 8pm)
