UPDATE - Owner has now contacted me 01/03/25 Issue resolved.
Stopped in 12/12 regarding rewards program was told no problem that the Manager would handle and text me. They kept my $380+ receipt to setup rewards. Haven't heard a word from them as of 12/20. Have sent 2 followup emails.
