The Tavern’s pizza has been my favorite for years, however I hadn’t eaten there for several months. Today, I was served an impossibly thin crust pizza that could not support the sausage and onions topping. The sauce was undercooked and made the crust soggy. There was little seasoning and the sausage was bland. It was barely edible. I won’t even go into the stuffing coming out of the two-inch slit in the upholstery on the booth seat. If the food had been as good as it used to be, I would be able to overlook the dingy environment. I feel like I’ve lost an old friend, a former favorite restaurant.
Great chicken Parm, parmesean dressing was great too. Quick service.

Came here for pizzas. On our small pizzas (7") it seemed like the dough came out of a freezer box of premade store bought dough.
Then they cooked them until they were like burnt crackers. The toppings were nice, but that's about it. Side salad seemed fresh so that's a plus, but the pizza made us sad.

Came in around 8PM on a Saturday just after the Saturday rush. We got amazing service. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. I got a meat eater Calzone. My wife had a chicken Alfredo and our son ate a plate of Spaghetti. All of it was great and we really enjoyed our meal.
The wait staff was friendly and very personable. Best of all the prices are reasonable. I think our family just found our new favorite pizza place!
Parking: Depending on the time of day, I can see this being pretty difficult to find parking but since we came after the big dinner rush, it wasn’t too bad. We got a spot right out front.
Kid-friendliness: They have a very decent and well priced kids menu.

One of the only spots all of kids and all of the adults in our family agree on. It’s kid friendly, tons of menu options, food is consistently great, service is friendly.
Visited the Valley Junction location for lunch and had Madeline as my waitress. I was greeted right away and received amazing customer service! She had such a positive personality with me and her other customers!
Valley Junction Mainstay.
I had the grinder and a local craft beer, it's was good?

Hadn't been hearing decades. found their Pizza to be meh. Service was okay. But don't forget to use your sweet deals because they do not honor them if they're just a little past expiration like other companies do. Too bad when a customer does pay for the sweet deals

How are you a locally owned business and yet you're this expensive? Pizza was soggy and not well cooked, kids chicken fingers and fries were stale and seemed old. Service was non existent as well. Would not recommend and would take the positive reviews with a grain of salt.

Food was okay but service was terrible. Our friend was the only patron sitting at the bar while he waited for us and had to waive the server over to get beer. When we got seated, we had to ask for silverware and napkins multiple times AFTER our food arrived. Food was okay but I can't say we'll be back.
