My daughter just had her 4th birthday party here and it was perfect. No unfortunately they don’t have the stage anymore with the animatronics and a lot of the shoot em up games I remember as a kid are also gone :( However my little girl had the most fun plenty of games for kids her age, it was clean like surprisingly clean for it being a children’s playground/ arcade, and the staff were excellent. Thank you Chuck E Cheese staff you guys are awesome! The job is definitely not easy but all of you put on a big smile and positive attitude and made my little girl’s birthday one she will never forget!

Good fun! Only played games so no food review tho the salad bar looked fresh.

We come here all the time. We love when Camilla is working. She is fantastic. She is so good with kids. She’s always so friendly and has a fun attitude even when they are slammed. She answers questions and helps anyone who looks like they might need it, before they even ask. So attentive. She makes our experience every time .

The memberships are the only way to attend Chuck E Cheese to be affordable. It's too bad the trampolines are not included in the birthday party packages or membership.

I love being able to use our membership. We go at least 2 times a month for family time.

The young man that was assigned to our party was so sweet and amazing. He really was. The salad bar looked dehydrated and the soda was flat. The pizza was good, the wings were very dark, but undercooked...they were tasty, but needed to cook longer in fresh grease.

If I could give 0 stars I would. But others should know this place is over priced, staff is undertrained, and the top management is disgustingly rude. This was our first time at a Chuck E Cheese and I will never return to one after this. Which is sad to my younger self. The birthday area is not reserved saying reserved birthday area/tables. (How are new people suppose to walk in and know how things work) For the love of good business put a big sign up showing reserved for parties. We had a party of 10 and saw the big tables thinking we could grab one of those. They explained the long tables were for parties so we just grabbed two booths next to the long tables. The General Manager- Sergio came over and got very nasty with my grandmother, rudely telling us we can't sit at the dirty booths because it's all reserved. Can't she see that. No signs, terrible communication. Did not even know there were tables on the other side of the establishment until we went to find a bathroom. My grandmother was upset and did not hide it, ridiculous that we already spent over $100 and can't even find a big enough table for our party. On top of this ordering anything extra was a nightmare. You can clearly tell all the young ones operating registers are over stimulated, they have to get a higher up to approve purchases. And then Chuck Comes out and my son is nervous- my husband tries to show my son he was nice by putting his hand out for a high five and the mouse slapped his hand away and shook his finger to my husband.
For how much the food cost, we could at least be served utensils for the food.
This place should remodel to accommodate birthdays and people there to enjoy the nostalgia of Chuck E Cheese:

Stood in line to pay for the birthday party for 20 minutes, only to be told we were in the wrong line and had to go to the back of the actual line that was for that specific reason. One, there were no signs indicating the line I was in was not the right one and two I don’t really think it was necessary to insist we go to the end of the line, given there were no signs to indicate it. Half the games, for the kids to play were nonfunctional and out of order, but still registered as a play. The organizational skills of the management team really soured mine and my grandkids experience at this establishment.

The games seemed to have been recently refreshed and most every I could see was working. The food is actually pretty good but it's not necessarily cheap either. My kid had an absolute blast which is most important!

The employees are helpful and kind, my kids and I enjoyed the passes this summer and again this winter, with the unlimited pass the prices can't be beat! It's a great place to spend an hour or two and the pizza is actually really good.. we always have a great experience when we visit.

Paid for a birthday party service was horrible went to management to find who is supposed to be helping us where our pizzas were since they ordered 30min ago and general manager interrupted me spoke over me and kicked me out. I have been in customer service and management for over 20 years . Hiring someone like him who is dealing with families says a lot about the company. I would not recommend this place for your party.

I am so disappointed and saddened about how my family was treated during a party for our three year old . We had 45 minutes left of the party and we had not seen Chuck E , we hadn’t received our food , things just weren’t prepared and they were not ready . I understand if they were short staff or something had set them back but the way we were treated was unacceptable. My mom had went and asked Ray Santiago the manager , about the food and to see who was working the party he responded very rudely when she told him how his response was rude he retaliated and tried to cancel the party , my mom told him he doesn’t have to cancel the party because she didn’t want the kids to have to leave just because she was wondering about the services that my sister had paid for so only she was kicked out . Instead of reassurance he kicked out the birthday girls grandma . Only 45 minutes left and we didn’t receive anything that was paid for , asked about the service just to get kicked out. Everyone remained calm besides the manager and continued to try and make the day special we did end up leaving to sing happy birthday that way her grandma can be there too. Very bad experience. I pray that everyone else has a better experience for their kids special day .
