Stood in line to pay for the birthday party for 20 minutes, only to be told we were in the wrong line and had to go to the back of the actual line that was for that specific reason. One, there were no signs indicating the line I was in was not the right one and two I don’t really think it was necessary to insist we go to the end of the line, given there were no signs to indicate it. Half the games, for the kids to play were nonfunctional and out of order, but still registered as a play. The organizational skills of the management team really soured mine and my grandkids experience at this establishment.

The games seemed to have been recently refreshed and most every I could see was working. The food is actually pretty good but it's not necessarily cheap either. My kid had an absolute blast which is most important!

The employees are helpful and kind, my kids and I enjoyed the passes this summer and again this winter, with the unlimited pass the prices can't be beat! It's a great place to spend an hour or two and the pizza is actually really good.. we always have a great experience when we visit.

Paid for a birthday party service was horrible went to management to find who is supposed to be helping us where our pizzas were since they ordered 30min ago and general manager interrupted me spoke over me and kicked me out. I have been in customer service and management for over 20 years . Hiring someone like him who is dealing with families says a lot about the company. I would not recommend this place for your party.

I am so disappointed and saddened about how my family was treated during a party for our three year old . We had 45 minutes left of the party and we had not seen Chuck E , we hadn’t received our food , things just weren’t prepared and they were not ready . I understand if they were short staff or something had set them back but the way we were treated was unacceptable. My mom had went and asked Ray Santiago the manager , about the food and to see who was working the party he responded very rudely when she told him how his response was rude he retaliated and tried to cancel the party , my mom told him he doesn’t have to cancel the party because she didn’t want the kids to have to leave just because she was wondering about the services that my sister had paid for so only she was kicked out . Instead of reassurance he kicked out the birthday girls grandma . Only 45 minutes left and we didn’t receive anything that was paid for , asked about the service just to get kicked out. Everyone remained calm besides the manager and continued to try and make the day special we did end up leaving to sing happy birthday that way her grandma can be there too. Very bad experience. I pray that everyone else has a better experience for their kids special day .

Last minute bday get together. Tried to book online in the AM, wouldn't let me, so had to pay almost double for everything. Get there and there is noone else there.
I ordered the small buffalo wings and I asked the cashier how many wings do you get for 16.99. She said they weigh them. I got 8 small wings and they charged 3 bucks for the dipping sauce. I ordered the French fries and only got like 10 fries. I will never go back such a rip off 70 bucks for a pizza barely any wings and 4 dirnks.

I had a birthday party tonite at Chuck E Cheese. From the min I arrived at the door, the night went super. I had a great start to a great party for the grand kids. We went right our tables. Our host Kail went way out explaining how the whole nite would proceed. The timing for every thing was spot on. I had some extra items added that she took care of with no problems at all. All the kids had a very special night. The parents were very happy with how we were taken care of. This is a great place for fun for this kind of party. Pizza was very good also. I am a return customer who will recommend this Chunky E Cheese highly.

First of all, they removed the animatronics when they got sued for making a poster saying five nights at Chuck E. Cheese and they got sued by five nights at Freddy’s, then they’re spending rumors about unfinished pizza is made back into the oven and they give it to people so some slices are uneven too hot too cold and I ate one pizza one time and it was disgusting and but the only thing that is kinda good is the games I saw this mini basketball game. It was so small that it was for like toddlers and I could just reach my head above the hoop and I just got a bunch of slam dunks and I kept doing it a bunch of slam dunks but overall I give it two stars. It would’ve been one star, but I added an extra star because of the easy hoop game and one last thing thank goodness they removed the climb things that they have like the things that you climb in they were smelly. I remember a long time ago like 5 to 8 years ago and when in that ending was disgusting but now I’m like 16 to like 20.

My grandsons and I had a ball here tonight. Haven’t been here for probably 30 years and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were super helpful. Pizza was actually great. Lots of arcade games (recommend paying by minutes) and optional trampoline area ($10 additional). All the games were working and everything is very clean. Lots of games for different age levels. The Kiddos are already asking to go back.
