Caribou Coffee

I love Caribou Coffee and think everybody should try it over some *other* chain places! This place in particular has a pleasing ambiance and atmosphere that almost has a luxury lodge feel to it. Additionally my drink (lavender matcha) was one of the best matches I have ever had. Truly cannot recommend Caribou enough and will be coming back!

Customer service is shit. 7$ for an espresso shaker & she had an attitude with me asking the price. Go to Starbucks instead.

I forgot why I quit going there two years ago. For one thing in this case I ordered watermelon energy drink with sparkling water all I got was the sparkling water. Bagel toasted plain smear hard to mess that up but... I've been hearing similar stories but I just thought I would try them again

Horrible customer service you don't even get the drinks filled to the top. And employee are all super snoody.
Charged almost $7 for a large macchiato and didn't even fill half the cup, then saying that's how a macchiato is, when every other coffee shop you go to fills them to the top, and no not talking about a Carmel one like the guy was trying to say we were. Also didn't even know what a steamer was. Thought we'd try this for the first time and Definitely never coming back!
Very disappointed and not worth the money.

I freaking love caribou coffee !!! I Love Caribou coffee on Ingersoll, Mills Crossing, Oralabor Rd and just all things caribou. I love the trivia questions in the app. It’s so much fun! I love the rewards system! Yes, I have an unhealthy relationship with coffee, but I know caribou staff won’t judge me so. Thank you!

We love to do the Bou!

A couple times a year I get a request to run thur caribou for everyone's favorite slice of lemon loaf and Carmel coolers! They are always very nice, chatty, and happy to see me!

Drinks were delicious! Customer service was distasteful. I prefer my barista to help me with my choices to try a new & unfamiliar drink vs being obviously annoyed with explaining what is in various drink choices......

Drive thru. Quick, friendly, accurate. Tasty!

Perfect experience. I ordered my drink on the app. It was there when I arrived. Piping hot and delicious.

While my Latte was as good as ever this particular caribou (Mills Civic) location seemed to be slow especially considering I ordered online ahead of time 🤔

Crappy coffee. When I got my Honey Almondmilk Crafted press I had to send it back because I asked for it hot and received it cold. The barista who made my drink dumped in into a cup and warmed it up so it came out horrible. No flavor. Horrible customer service. Ended up getting up a Chai Tea which was watery as well.

Mobile order all the time. They always get it wrong and put whip on my drinks or the candy pieces. Drive through always takes forever. Its about 5 min wait per car which is annoying when you order ahead. I have a baby in the back so cant really do anything but drive through.
