Was a fun concept, we showed up yesterday and said we had a reservation, the lady was rude I dealt with saying they were full, so I once again told her I had signed up online. Then continued to be rude the whole time we were in the cafe area. It’s a great concept but maybe work on your customer service and not be rude
I adopted my first kitty there last week! All of the staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a very good experience and will be recommending this place. Thank you for my sweet Chloe!
