Got my order wrong then when they remade my “milkshake” it was essentially just milk. Threw it straight in the garbage. Waste of money.

Wasn’t greeted, wasn’t checked out, evidently wasn’t welcome here. I hope there is no manager here because you’re awful if you exist! Terrible staff

Another great franchise being ruined in Iowa. They are out of flavors early (I take the grandkids after 5pm) and the staff is less than helpful and they give you Iowa size scoops (Iowa size is much smaller than normal). It's funny how much nicer Coldstones in other states are than this one! The owner has to much money or this would not be happening

Already bad enough that only ONE of the staff members seemed welcoming and she wasn’t even the one that helped me. The one that made my milkshake had an attitude while taking my order, walked to their staff room while in the middle of making my shake. I asked the person that took my money do whipped cream come on the milkshake because I wasn’t even finished telling her what I wanted in my milkshake. She walked to the staff room to tell her….she came back out & finished my shake. Look at the amount of whipped cream I was given on a “love it” sized milkshake

We went here last week for our wedding anniversary date. It was so awful! Horribly untrained employees, dirty unsanitary environment and overpriced!
The atmosphere was muddy wet slippery floors, in the line waiting. There was mud and melted sticky ice cream on the poster advertisement signs. The ice cream flavors were all soft and melting, because they were not held at colder temperatures, which led to the bigger problem of puddles in front of the store. There were rotten banana peels and dirt on top of the lids that covered the containers of toppings seen through the glass cases. The 5 young teenagers working there had no manager training or overseeing there. They did not wear hair nets or gloves. They touched thier noses, and put their hands in their pockets when serving. They never once washed the surfaces they served on, nor did they wash their hands or any serving spoons in between serving for different orders . I got a tiny bowl with 1 flavor and Gummi bears, and they didn't know how to make it for me, so I had to show them the photo from their online menu.
One server dropped the icecream scooper spoon on the dirty floor behind the counter and he immediately picked it up and dropped it into the already dirty bin of water, which then the unsanitary floor spoon got reused for serving icecream to the next customer.
My server put 3 gummies on top of my bowl of icecream and when I went to take my first bite I found lint fuzz and dirt on my gummies and I found dirt, hair, and chocolate candies in my icecream. I almost vomited, then chucked the whole thing and didn't come back to ask for my $7 refund because I knew they wouldn't know how to give a refund since they all seemed untrained and had no manager on site.
This was a HUGE let Down, as it was our Wedding anniversary date, and Cold Stone Creamery was an expensive place my parents would take me to to celebrate my good grades in college. So I was hoping to relive a good experience years later and introduce my husband to a favorite growing up memory!
But both of us wasted our money and were disgusted and I was really sad, the date was ruined.
We made it better when we bought a $7 icecream pie at Walmart, though. That icecream was delicious and we didn't get at risk for food poisoning.

Yeah never come to this place for ice cream. The employees would rather sit in the back play on their phone than helping a customer.

We love cold stone and go to one in our home town often. The staff at the mall was rude and would not respond to my wife when she asked for silk shake. Don't waste your time and money here.

We ran to this Coldstone tonight and got there 10mins before closing to grab some ice cream. The young girls working finished helping one person, then refused to serve us and the last couple of customers and said they were "closing early because they were understaffed". At least come up with a better excuse to leave early.

Several of the flavors were empty and when asked if there would be more they said no. This was at 6 pm on Wednesday evening. The ice cream I did get was mushy and not enjoyable napkins were out. I had to ask for more. There were 4 people working. How could they not keep ice cream stocked? I guess I would think owners would want to know

Employee gave me a waffle bowl when i clearly asked for a cone. Does this look likr a CONE to you or do you need to relearn your shapes.

Workers shut down early saying system was down. I was standing in line as a worker cut between me and counter to put a paper sign up to close. Customer infront of me paid with a card. After further questioning they just said don't know why but closing early. @6pm on a Saturday...No one was willing to take cash payment either.

Worst cold stone experience
Customer service: horrendous. My friend asked to try a flavor and they flat said no, which was strange and didn't offer a reason why. We shrugged it off and then I asked what toppings they had and the staff said, "uhhh, look in front of you." I never leave negative reviews, but I want to spare others from having a similar horrible experience. Treat your customers with some respect.
Nice service and wonderful ice cream. The ice cream was prepared swiftly, so I didn't even have to wait that long. The overlord Oreo was delectable. The cup serving sizes were similarly generous.
Unable to enjoy their ice cream because when we walked by around 10:15 am - 10:30 am on a Saturday they were not open yet despite their hours showing a 10am start. Jordan Creek should seriously consider having them removed.
