I highly recommend checking out Corazón if you’re a self-proclaimed coffee snob like me and enjoy grinding your own beans at home for pour-over, French press, etc. My personal favorite is the Yirgacheffe, but I recently tried the Colombia and that one was a hit too. Yes, it’s more expensive than beans you can buy at a grocery store, but it’s worth the splurge, at least every once in a while, in my opinion.

We stopped in during the last Jingle in the Junction event of the season on a thursday evening. I appreciate the owner explaining the roasting process he uses and how he likes to create blends of different beans for different tastes. We really enjoy the coffee we purchased that day and will likely continue to purchase our coffee from here moving forward.
