We went through drive through, so I don't know what it's like inside. My fish sandwich was wonderful. Really hot so let it cool off a bit before you eat it so you don't burn your mouth. But all the employees are nice and we didn't have to wait long at all. You pull up after you pay, and wait a minute for them to bring your food out to your car. I tried the cheese poppers for the first time, they were good, fully cooked, and the cheese was stretchy, which alot of people like the cheese pull.

Just attempted to go through the drive through as I've done multiple times before. Completely ignored by the person taking orders. Even attempted to readjust my truck with no success. After five minutes of waiting, I left. I knew I was being ignored when the line on the left pulled up enough and they took their order immediately.
Bad taste, Culver's. Y'all talk about how we're family, well apparently I'm the forgotten cousin who wasn't invited to the table.
Food and service is usually good. Gotta love the cheese curds and custard!
Always a great place to eat, fresh made food. Always clean. Plenty of staff you get your food ordered and out to the table quick

The manager was so helpful and friendly setting a great example for the other employees. He gave us a free kids cup when my 4 year old tried to order by herself.

I asked for a chocolate malt. I got it back with no malt flavor whatsoever so I sent it back and the second time it came back with no malt flavor so I just gave up and called the manager who said he had done it himself and said he would triple up on the malt next time.
