It took over 20 minutes to receive my order in the drive thru. My concrete mixer was half melted and my food was tepid. The person who brought the food out to the line of waiting cars gave me my food last, even though I had been waiting the longest and was the first car in line. The store seemed short staffed. There was no recognition, warning, or acknowledgement that the wait might be longer than usual, and there was no apology for the large delay.

Great time at Culver's, The Georgia peach mixer is a a delight
As a vegan, I find it difficult to take my grandsons out for a quick lunch. Culvers offers food they both like, and carries several salads I can "adjust" to make vegan. What gives Culvers the 5 star rating, is the fact they lower the price for each component I remove, such as the chicken and even the cheese. This makes my favorite strawberry field salad very reasonably priced as well as delicious. Many places do not deduct anything off the price, even when removing chicken. They also offer a very nice side order of steamed broccoli.
Vegetarian options: Easily remove the chicken from any salad to make it vegetarian. Nice broccoli side dish. Applesauce and mashed potatoes are also good options, but there's probably dairy in the mashed potatoes if you're vegan. If you are eating fried items, the cheddar bites are very good, as well as the fries.

We often order our Sunday noon meal via the drive in for take home. Often when we get home we find that Culver’s has not provided everything we ordered. Today we are missing an order of onion rings. Very seldom do we get a complete drive in order. Management needs to fix the problem.
