I asked for a chocolate malt. I got it back with no malt flavor whatsoever so I sent it back and the second time it came back with no malt flavor so I just gave up and called the manager who said he had done it himself and said he would triple up on the malt next time.

I'm sitting here in my car at 9 pm waiting for food I ordered 20 minutes ago. There were 8 people ahead of me waiting for their food, not a single one of them has gotten their food yet either. There are employees inside dancing. I had to pull around into their parking lot because they didn't have anywhere else to stash us.
I came back. It's just as bad as the first time. Do not go to Culver's in Des Moines on 22nd. Not worth it.

I went through the drive through and ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with no lettuce with fries and an Oreo Concrete Mixer. After paying, I waited 20+ minutes for my order and when I finally was given my food I received a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with no mayo, lettuce, or pickles, no fries, and no concrete mixer. Completely disappointed and crazy to see from a store with a 4.3 star rating.
Order went in 8:32 pm on 7/10/25. Gentlemen at the window (I didn't catch his name) has great customer service even asked me how I was and was extremely helpful and polite while pulling a double shift. Great service he deserves a raise for his effort as it shouldn't go unnoticed.

Love this place. Can't beat the price. I don't come often enough to remember to say no lettuce. I took it off my sandwich but the smell or taste of plastic ruins the sandwich. I'll try to remember next time. Super sweet staff.

It's generally a good experience here, if not a little pricey. My latest visit wasnt great though. I waited 25 minutes in the curbside parking spot, and my concrete mixer was half liquid and the bottom bun of the burger was already soggy. It seems like they forgot to bring it out and it just sat for that whole time.
