Dairy Queen (Treat)

so my daughter just got home and told me of her experience there today with class mates on a school trip...she said one girl got aick after eating the hotdog and had to go home instead of attensing the afternoon session with her classmates. my daughter said her blizzard was aweful (and this girl eats about any ice cream) and that her pretzel sticks were not cooked all the way. she also stated another class mate ordered his blizzard with chocolate ice cream amd was told they dont have chocolate ice cream there!? WHAT?! ITS A DIARY QUEEN!! so i tried to call the store to talk to a manager....says they are open until 7pm. well i called 3 times! let it ring until voice mail picked up. could not leave a voice mail as mail box is full!!!!! my child will not eat at that dairy queen again!

Love Dairy Queen, great service, not far from the back parking lot is the food court.

Stopped by and no one was at the counter. I could see an employee in the back on their phone. I understand that they are slow but why not be at the counter AND on your phone?? The employee could discretely be on their phone at the front desk while waiting for customers.

Earlier today around noon, I approached the counter for service. The man behind counter, older gentleman with a gray cap ignored me. I waited at least 3 minutes for a greeting that never came, so I walked away. I neighbor this store at the Mall and would like to frequent there, but there's always something wrong with my order. Whether its rude service or average tasting food, please train your staff to cater to customers better.

I was just there, the chicken sandwich I got wasn’t even done, no fries, had to choose chips…and the blizzard I got was literally half melted vanilla ice cream with cookie dough chunks, no other effort put into it, took 2 bites, threw it in the trash.

They don't have chocolate ice cream at this location
