We’ve used this location for a couple years and our food is consistently made well and accurately. The staff is friendly and fast with carry out orders ready in under 15 min. We’re lucky and thankful this is our closest Domino’s!

Got two different pizzas.. one with half pepperoni half pineapple and chicken.. this one is okay though there’s barely any pineapple and chicken on that half of the pizza.. it’s like one little piece of chicken per slice.. on the other hand, the cheese pizza was really burnt. It was so disappointing because that’s what my kids like. Cheese pizza and they don’t even eat it.

Bread bites were great but unfortunately our pizza was very disappointing. It tasted and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 days. I got a notification that my order was ready after only 5 minutes. I feel we were given a pizza that had been cooked several hours before. Anything but fresh. Usually we have a great experience but this was a huge let down :(

I know people make mistakes, especially in fast food and the food industry. More so when it's their busy time. But the fact, that I called, said I was missing something, and was basically treated like I was lying because I was asked "did you check all the boxes? That will come in a pizza box." Is not right, at all. Not to mention the fact I now have to wait an hour and a half to get the rest of my order. I understand, that you have orders that need to be made. But if mine is incomplete, it should be made first and foremost to get my order completed all the way. At least that's who I see it. Normally have amazing service here, but today doesn't seem to be the case.

My girlfriend ordered a pizza, loaded tots, and garlic bites last night. We knew something was off when the online order was ready within 5-10 minutes of us placing it.Tots were okay. Garlic bites were good. The Pizza was atrocious and definitely had been sitting the whole day in their store under a heat lamp. You can taste it was an old pizza. The cheese looked old and was hard. Pizza was luke warm overall. Pretty sad you would give a customer an old pizza that had been sitting for hours.

We ordered a pizza online around 6:15 pm on their app. The hours listed said they closed at 10 pm. After placing the order the app said our order was "being prepared" and pick up time was 6:45 pm. The app still said "being prepared" at 6:45, but we decided to head out and get it, figuring maybe we'd just have to wait. When we pulled up, the store had people inside and an Open sign in the window, but the front door was locked. It was about -30° and so after 15 sec of them watching me, I yelled, "I placed an order online". An employee then reluctantly came over and opened the door. She was very apathetic and said, "Yeah, we have your order, but we didn't make it. Our internet went down and we're closing. We were trying to call people." (NO one was on the phone, as we had missed calls from them.) Then she turned away and went back behind the counter. No apology, no explanation why if they got the order they didn't make it, as you don't need WiFi to bake a pizza, no nothing. I went back to my car, and she then rushed over to lock the door again. As we sat there trying to figure out where we wanted to order from instead, another couple walked up. This time, when they pulled on the locked door, one of the employees ducked out of sight, and it was clear no one was going to come let them in or talk to them. I rolled down my window to tell them what I'd just experienced, and it seemed the same thing had happened to them. I would recommend if you're in the West Des Moines area to avoid this location, and get your pizza anywhere else.

Ordered 4 pizzas. Told us it would take 40 minutes. Ended up having to cancel because it took 2 hours. Price matches service I guess.

After the first pizza they sent me this. The first one was worse this is unacceptable as it should be presented better and the employees should take more time and pride in what they do to get their check.
