Just continue driving. They messed up every part of our order. The cooks and baristas did a good job compensating for the poor order taking.

Did a mobile order pick up. Arrived at 5:10am (they were suppose to open at 4:30am). Tried the drive through, no answer. Pulled up to the front door, locked. Lady inside just looked at me, I mouthed to her I had an order to pick up, she shrugged her shoulders. I called their number, she wouldn’t answer. Had to leave or I would be late for work. Never received my order, and they still charged my credit card. Have tried filing a case, no one will get back to me. Will never give them my business again.

Manager contacted me to offer me a free meal in the store only when a manager is there, won’t answer any more emails or calls. Trash business

I asked for a French vanilla cappuccino last week thru drive thru and they were really rude when hanging me my order ,and the cappuccino that I ordered was so awful I couldn't drink it,I ended up throwing it away.

Employee in drive-thru Saturday Feb 1st at 8am - he was rude and talked over me and before I was done ordering and I told him if you would give me a chance to talk; he accused me of being rude and told me he wouldn’t serve me and then demanded “Do you understand” I never swore I just was irritated because of him talking over me, when I said Pepsi he ask me about coffee! I will never go there again!

I originally asked for a frozen medium coffee - no flavor, no whip. “our frozen machine ain’t working” Okay, I asked for a brown sugar cold brew with sweet cold foam. I received a watered down cold brew with whipped cream. Was never told my total nor given a receipt.

I only ever go here in a drastic donut situation and even then the line is usually very long, usually takes a long time, frequent out of many donuts. Also, I don't like their coffee. When they do have donuts. They are usually pretty decent.

"I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’ location. The website and door clearly state that the lobby opens at 4:30 AM, but when I arrived, the staff ignored patrons waiting outside and refused to unlock the door. I work on an ambulance, so using the drive-thru isn’t an option for me. I tried calling, but no one answered. Eventually, I walked through the drive-thru to inform the staff that I couldn’t use that option, and while they initially said they would unlock the door, they still left my partner and I standing in the rain. This lack of customer service was frustrating, especially considering the promises made about the lobby’s hours. I hope this situation improves for future customers who can’t use the drive through”

The staff here is extremely rude. Absolutely no social gratitude whatsoever. I find it Comical they have a Tip jar at their drive through. Generally in hospitality industry tip means Prompt yet pleasurable service.

Who ever was working the drive through at this location, older lady, at 8:15 was absolutely so rude to me. I have never been to Dunkin so I needed to look at the menu, I told her “one second please” and she didn’t say anything then 5 seconds later she said super rudely, “maam are you ordering food or not” I said “we are looking at the menu” then I ordered and wanted to do a another order and she told me I couldn’t and I needed to come in. I said OK and went inside whoever was working. The register inside was super nice and sweet. I had my little siblings with me who are children, and then the same lady who is taking our order through the drive-through and watched the lady take our order and then proceeded to look at my little sister who is a child Very rudely. I do not appreciate this customer service as I work in customer service myself. This worker did not like her job and I could tell.
