02/19/25 I was going through the drive through and had my app up. Wanted to see the price before the window and I accidentally placed my order. I acknowledged how stupid that mistake was and told them I would come inside. Having just placed my order I decided to wait in my car to give them time. However, this nice young lady who I didn’t catch the name of whom I meet at the window brought it out to you. And mind you is snowing and near the negatives. 10/10 service that day.
Didn’t have cash on me otherwise I would’ve tipped.

Went in late Saturday morning (around 11am) with my 4-year-old daughter. Took them a few minutes to even come to the counter. All of the bins with the donuts were empty, and there was a tiered cart off to the side with some donuts on it, but couldn't see really what options were available. We ended up just getting some plain Munchkins because nothing else was visible. They were dry like they were from the day before. All of the tables were dirty and they were listening to hip-hop music through a speaker. Normally I wouldn't care about that, but if you have people dining in and there is a little kid there, turn it down/off.
Guy at the cash register today is not the brightest bulb. I ordered a morning wrap, and he rang me up for a breakfast sandwich. Definitely not coming back to this place

The customer service here is horrible. I waited 10 mins for someone to even ex knowledge I was there. Then they were rude and acted annoyed.

I use this Dunkin frequently and 9/10 times if you are not using the drive through you will not be served in a timely manner. Every time I use the inside I average 5 min prior to anyone coming to check the counter. I have had to alert staff numerous times that I’ve been waiting. There is a bell that chimes when someone enters the establishment, there should be no reason no one is looking up towards the registers. Today my daughter spent over 5 min waiting before someone acknowledged her, then it took over 5 min to get one drink and a donut because. This isn’t a staffing issue, this is a good staff/customer service issue!

Used mobile ordering with drive thru pickup. It was fast, and the iced coffee was good. They did run out of 1 of the donuts we ordered, but the guy was very nice about it, and we picked a different flavor.
