My Daughter and I went in for the first time today around noon (on a Saturday) the atmosphere was busy but cheerful. We had a wonderful server, amazing service and the food was amazing! We ordered the Churro waffles and braised bacon. Soooooo good!!!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience! I would add a picture but unfortunately Facebook isn’t being cooperative 😄
Service was great. It was cold inside, we kept our coats on. Loud when its full. Short wait. Food is expensive here. Three of us with tip was $90 Omelets were dry and flavorless. Don't know what the spice was in the hash browns, but it stayed with us all day. I expected better. Everyone left saying, "lets eat breakfast at home next time."

Usually early bird has some pretty good food! But this time around uh no.
We ordered our food and somehow it got “pushed” to the back. I personally think our waitress forgot about us because everyone who got sat after us 30mins later or longer had their food before us and it was fresh.
Our food was cold. Our eggs were hard and barely edible. I tried to push around it but couldn’t eat anymore. The hash-browns weren’t crispy neither was the turkey bacon. My fruit looked like it sat out for along time too. We waited an hour and a half for our food! It was horrible.
Thankfully early bird gave us our meal for free but even after telling them they didn’t even offer to cook me a fresh plate. My son had to ask them repeatedly for new eggs. Now I’m not feeling the greatest due to it. Sick to my stomach and all.
I was very disappointed and will not be going back to this location. Just beware.
Meh, I'd rather eat at Homegrown, their food is actually cooked right and has a decent atmosphere. This place isn't quite all there really.

The food and drinks were excellent, as was the service by both the host and wait staff. The only issue I encountered was a difficult it was to navigate getting around the restaurant. I use a rollator due to a physical disability and how close together the seating is. It was difficult to get to a table as well as to the restroom. Fortunately I am able to fold my rollator and still use it, but using a wheelchair at this restaurant would be nearly impossible.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking was available; just wish the inside of the restaurant itself was more accessible. It's nearly impossible for a wheelchair to get through the restaurant, especially to the restroom. There is a wheelchair accessible restroom, however.

Food was average. Nothing to write home about. What took it from a 3 star to a 1.5 star experience was the service:
1. Our server took forever to take our order (she first took the order of a table that sat down ~5-10 mins after us.)
2. My fiancé asked for a drink refill when our food was delivered, and didn’t receive it until after we finished eating.
3. The server never checked on us after delivering the food to see if it was correct or enjoyable.
4. And the most off-putting thing was that when we paid, they use one of those handheld credit card machines, and the server stood over the table rubbing her pregnant belly through the tipping screen. I detest that kind of tipping pressure.
We won’t return.

One of my favorite brunch places in the dsm area! They have a HUGE menu, so there's an option for everyone. They also have multiple brunch cocktails that are super delicious

Cute brunch spot! Kind of small, so crowded and hard to walk through the tables. That’s why the atmosphere is 4 stars, otherwise really liked the vibes. Great service. I wasn’t a huge fan of my food, but my family loved theirs. So I would go back and try something else!

Great food! Unfortunately, there's always a HUGE line to eat there on the weekends. They should make another one close to Jordan Creek.

My favorite breakfast restaurant when I come to visit Waukee. The food and waitstaff is consistently excellent.
